so easy to use - just open, secure around your eyes and the self heating mask will transport you to relaxation I have also used when in the throes of a migraine and its very soothing for me im going to repurchase as feel this will be great when travelling long haul lovely scent and no irritation to my skin

Great for Headaches
These Relaxation Self Heating Eye Masks are great. I suffer from migraine and when I have one. I have a shower and off to bed, put on my eye mask. and with the heat from the mask on my forehead, my migraine goes very quickly Recommend.

Ok but doesn’t help insomnia.
Nice and relaxing but I was hoping it would help me sleep and it did not.
