Beautiful color but did not survive.
Take a chance that they might live. Did everything that the directions suggested even kept them in my tank for a week. For that whole week they only floated at the top never came down. After reading there guarentee its only for DOA die on arrival. My heart dropped. What a rip off. I bought fish before on line before with no problems. This was a total disappointment. I hate wasting this much money for something that doesn't have a money back guarantee so don't advertise it on snails if you can't keep your word. Will never do that again my snails from my local Petco live longer than that. By they way the dead snails contaminated my tank three of my beautiful fish died because of it. I had to do a quick water change to I wouldn't lose any more fish. For the $50 some odd dollars I paid for the snails including shipping I kept two of the shells. Wow that was a waste of my money, I just thought I would share that with anyone else that wants to buy snails from this company. Elizabeth Valle
