Quality is exactly what I had hoped for, great, sturdy.As for assembly on the the two stools, I found a video on the Home Depot site for the same stools. Was easier to follow than the booklet. It also helped that I used a mini electric drill, instead of some of the provided tools. About 45 min. For two stools. I also saved a few $$ buying from Amazon.Also I really like the swivel feature as it isn't too loose, and like others. But when you do, it's smooth.Overall , turned out great. 👍

Units are as pictured... I use these in my workshop and they were easy to assemble and very sturdy. The price was also good for the quality received....

The stools are gorgeous and very sturdy. We got them for hubby's man cave in the garage.I must knock one star off though because they didn't provide all of the tools. You still need a hammer and a Phillips head screwdriver to complete this project.

Love these!!! A little bit of work to assemble, but the pre-assembled would have been a month wait. Overall I’m really happy.

I bought these stools to use as cashier stools at the point of sale in a retail store. I immediately noticed that they don't really sit level even with adjusting the plastic feet on the bottom. We ended up removing the feet entirely and that seems to work.The biggest issue that I have with them is that the hardware falls out of them regularly because we are constantly moving the chair back and forth to access the register. They aren't super comfortable and they squeak. We've had them for close to a year I think and the cushion is pretty beat at this point which you can see in the first picture.The redeeming qualities are that they are durable if you can keep the hardware in them. They are sturdy. We have some big boys working here and they hold up no problem. These also represent a good value even if it's not the highest quality best product. You do get quite a bit for your money.I wouldn't discourage anyone from buying these if you need a sturdy stool at a good price. I would recommend using thread locker on the hardware and using real legitimate hand tools to assemble them.

Putting it together took a few minutes and use it for pinball machines
