I like it. It smells like coffee and cocoa but doesn't really have a lot of taste. I put it in my coffee once but it doesn't really dissolve.

This chicory root gave me the worst stomach cramps. I don't have any stomach issues and was just trying to be in optimal health and heard that chicory root was beneficial. I did not change my diet at all. I eat very healthy and just added this supplement and by the second day of taking it my stomach was cramping so badly that I started doing research about chicory root. It did not seem to be he dosage but I did read that chicory root can be susceptible to getting bacteria during processing. I don't know if that was what it was or not I contacted the company and never heard back but they did refund my money very quickly upon returning.

Better than I expected

I really liked this product. It arrived really fast and everything was as advertised.!... a friend recomended it to me because I often suffer constipation and liver disorders. This has helped me a lot, without the disconfort of having abdominal pain. The bloating in my stomag is finally gone and I am feeling a lot much better.

Only been using few days but seems to help control appetite. Definitely less hungry and not wanting to snack. I will keep using.

Seems to act as effective fiber product.
