Beautiful, Bright Colorful Lights
I love all the tiny (what I call fairy lights) colorful lights. I put my lights in a large pickle jar and put it on my new deck. My deck is about 28 feet long and these lights can light up the whole deck. I find them very relaxing while I am sitting outside. They are quite bright, but that doesn't bother me at all. These lights would be great for parties!UPDATE:I purchased another set of these multi-colored, beautiful lights in August. This time I used an old 16 inch bird feeder in the shape of a bird cage. I put the lights inside the clear cylinder where the seeds usually goes, but it just didn't look as good as I had hoped. So I took the cylinder out and put the lights on the inside of the birdcage and got the effect I was going for. It turned out beautiful. I hung this set of lights \on my new front deck and moved the pickle jar (with lights) to my side porch, which is also 28 feet long. So the lights also light up my side porch very good too. I live out in the country on several acres, so I know the lights won't bother anyone. They ARE very bright, but I just love them. I did get a lot more compliments on the bird cage lights.ANOTHER UPDATE:Well, last week November 13, 2014, I unplugged the lights from the adapter to do some cleaning and when I went to plug them back into the adapter, it just wouldn't go in. After making several attempts to plug the lights into the adapter, I looked inside the adapter and I could see the metal peg inside the adapter was bent over. So I wrote Brightech, the company that makes them, asking where I could get another adapter and they were kind enough to replace the whole set of lights with the adapter. I was very pleased with this company and will certainly do business with them again.HERE IS ANOTHER UPDATE; SEPT. 8, 2016I ordered another set of these beautiful lights, but returned them as they were not the original Starry Lights, even though the description was the same. It had a black cord and not a clear cord and the lights were not the same colors. So the replacement set was sent and the plug would not stay in the charger, so I returned that set. I finally got the right set and they work great! I ordered this set of lights as a gift for my friend because she liked mine so much.. These lights really are very bright and beautiful. The copper wire is so thin the lights look like they are just floating in the air.

These lights are exquisite in my view
First of all, the lights are not like the picture. The pink is actually bright red and the blue is bright green and there are blue and purple colors also, ALL the colors are bright and beautiful! The copper wiring though it sounds fragile and should be handled carefully, is tougher than I thought it would be. One still wants to use care with it, but it molds easily into whatever position you like. Whether the lights are on or off, the copper wiring is all but invisible.I definitely will be buying more of these lights, they are simply the brightest and the prettiest, not to mention they are LEDs and give off no heat. The reason I only gave them four stars: Item #12 on the "Light String Safety Instructions" -12. "WARNING: The power unit that comes with the product is intended to be correctly oriented in a vertical or floor-mount position. Mount the unit at a height greater than 3m (12") from the ground. Install only to a covered Class A GFCI receptacle that was a weatherproof enclosure with the attachment plug cap inserted or removed. Not for use with receptacles" this is verbatim.I have it plugged into a regular grounded receptacle at the bottom of a regular wall in my home. No doubt this is wrong, but I'm not sure from reading the instructions. The instructions need to be crystal clear.12/16/17 Upped my review to five stars. I bought these lights in 2013 and since then they have been in almost continuous use. Not only that, the very delicate copper wire has been reformed to fit around everything from Christmas trees, to dry bare branches on the wall, to wrap around my porch railing and right now they are strung on my living room wall. None of these tiny lights has ever broken or burnt out. When I buy lights again, these are the ones I'll get - tired of the junk they say "when one burns out, the others stay lit," it's a lie, none of them has listed past one season and I just threw out another string - half of the lights out, the other half lit. I'm supposed to test 15 or 20 lights? No way.

Arrived broken, but all was not lost. You have to read to find out the ending.
For Christmas, I had gotten a set of the Brightech Warm fairy led's as a gift. I love the way fairy lights are on copper wire. I had asked for them, but I thought, "what now, Statia? You are god damned 40 year old woman. What are you going to do, hang them in your office like you're 12?" I mean, self was right. Where WAS I going to hang these awesome lights? They sure are easy to conform into...something."And then I had a brilliant idea. I was going to use them in a project. And it was all going along swimmingly. And I thought to myself "self, you know what would make this awesome project, even better? MULTICOLORED lights!! Dammit, Statia, you need DIVERSITY!!" And so naturally, this leads me to this review, because now I have TWO sets of fairy lights. Except tragically, the adapter for the multicolored lights was not working. The lights themselves worked fine, but do you know what happens when you have two sets of lights, and ONE ADAPTER?Does anyone here have two kids? Unwrap a lollipop and tell them only one can have it. Watch the hilarity ensue. So yeah, that basically would have been the case with my lights, except!!! Lauren saved the day. I emailed her (oh wait, who is Lauren? Lauren is the co-owner of Brightech and also my new bestie (we're cool for next Friday, right Lauren? ;) and she was like "oh hey, no problem, no one likes fighting lights. I agree, Lauren, I agree. So I guess now would be the time you're asking. What was that project? Because I need to see this craziness. I will not disappoint you. Or maybe I will. Either way, these things are awesome and they bring a little bit of joy, to this otherwise dreary winter. It's cheaper than one of those fancy schmancy sun lamps everyone keeps telling me to get.
