Great Product but a little tricky to use after initial setup. As you will read in the reviews, alot of people will say that after powering on, for 3 seconds, it will spray and turns off. This is True because the same thing happened to me lol. However I found the solution to my problem after reading through the comments section. This mode where it sprays for 3 seconds & powers off is called intermittent mode and VERY TRICKY to get product out of this mode. The trick is when you first plug in the USB cord to the machine, when you hear the beep. Press the Power button three times rapidly & this should make the product work as described. Only issue I have is that I developed a small hairline crack out of no-where but product still works fine. I use with essential oils & water to keep my car & room smelling fresh. I will buy another one.

Arrived 5/31/20 it took me a couple of minutes to figure out exactly how the damn thing works, it's pretty simple really but provided instructions are piss poor so I just studied it figured it out on my own, like I said it's pretty simple and basic but that aside, this morning (6/12/20) I went to open it to fill it with water and the bottom two pieces broke apart, the outer piece completely cracked down one side and chunk broke off at the top where the two pieces fit together. I would just super glue the damn pieces back together and call it a day, but the rubber ring inside the top piece, that tightly seals it closed so it won't leak, popped out at the same time the bottom pieces cracked apart and for three life of me I can't get it back in there. It broke barely using any force to open it. I was very gentle with it because just upon getting it out of the box and touching it the thing seemed as fragile as an incandescent lightbulb. Actually lightbulbs are more durable than this piece of junk. For the not quite two weeks this thing worked it was okay but I considered returning it before it broke and now it's definitely being returned and no replacement, it's not worth it and I honestly don't even care if I get a refund it's that not worth it. If you even contemplated purchasing this and thought "well maybe I'll have better luck..." don't bother. Purchase the other item you considered.

At first glance, this seemed to be perfect! I live in the desert so any humidity device is great. I am also scent obsessed, but try keep a toxic-free life so this diffuser's compatibility with essential oils was wonderful!Pros: The diffuser is powerful which was nice to see given it's size and did disperse a nice aroma. Setup was super simple, just plug it in, fill with water, fragrance, and push the button. Fits perfectly in a cup holder.Cons: Requires unnecessary frequent cotton wick replacements which I feel could be better advertised in photos.Rather than purchasing this again, I would rather buy an ultrasonic diffuser similar to the ones I use in my home that do not require a cotton wick.

This is a great little humidifier. I was having trouble getting it to work after soaking the wick and had someone mechanically inclined mention that there was a spring when I pulled it out of the box. I lost it and it wasn't inside the chamber under the wick so the diffuser would only work upside down.A solution if you lose your spring ...a spring from a mechanical pencil or a pen will work.Otherwise, it is a neat product!

This is an amazing product which works great on a single touch. I do use this any sort of environment in a room / car / bathroom or else where. It just works amazing. Anyone who hops in my car, the first compliment I hear is, it smells great and they start asking about this awesome product.Tip : Use fresh cold water along with Citrusy / lemony / Orangy flovor of an essential oil, you could never come out of the aroma.Such a pleasant smell. I should also for sure mention about the excellent customer service by the seller, they are spot on with their timely replies and help when I had a minor issue in the cold weather. But all is good now and kudos to their wonderful customer service team. Planning to buy more for my work desk and home. Highly recommended.10/10.

this is a great product, it looks very nice, feels fancy and heavy. The only thing, is you HAVE to keep it charging while using it. It does last only 5 hours, which is perfectly fine for your car ride. BUT like I said, it is very annoying that you must power it on and off and you must leave it charging. I wanted something a little more flexible. but again I am not saying this is a bad product. ITS REALLY NICE. but I honestly just want something easier to use.

I received one of these as a gift and loved it! Not only is it perfect while traveling in the car, it is also great to take with you on trips. Easy to pack and use where ever you are going. The different modes giving you the option for constant diffusion or delayed is wonderful, and also to be able to turn the light off or change the colors if you desire is nice to have. Since I enjoy mine so much, I have given several as gifts. Two times I have had an issue with the diffuser I received and both of times I experienced excellent customer service. They quickly replaced the unit with a new one!

I liked the product but after 2 days of moderate usage, my unit stopped emmitting smoke and stopped working. I followed the manual on how to use it properly. Too bad the quality of the product is a bit under the standard.

Bad product, stop working after only 1-day of using. Never recommend
