Good Bit of Kit For Those On The Go
The regulator fits well in a small ditty bag. This means in a small ditty bag attached to the head-end of a size R (R as in Romeo) oxygen tank, probably spun steel instead of mushy aluminium alloy. The CGA 540 nipple material is brass, chromium-plated on the exterior panels to make for a spiffy cleaned appearance. Compared to let's say a Vic', the regulating body is more compact and streamlined. No need to use the standard buoy indicator as the output dial, registered in 0.5l cubed/hour is spot-on and can be relied on for good flow for the supplemental oxygen crowd.

Might save a life
We purchased 2 units, I keep in the office with tank of Oxygen and hose and a face mask the second unit is with welding and cutting torches while in the shop or in the truck. I don't know if we shall ever use it but it could save a life for those first moments till help arrives.

Arrived without Sealing Gasket
My arrived without the CGA540 sealing gasket. Will provide a better review once usable

There is indeed no gasket included with this regulator. I ordered two and both came without a gasket. I also contacted Medline and they said they come without a gasket. It’s unusable unless a gasket can be purchased elsewhere. So far I have not been able to find one that works. The air simply escapes from the threaded part. Other than that quality seems good but unusable in its present form.
