This had everything we needed and more. It made decorating for our son's first birthday a lot easier and cheaper.The Happy Birthday sign is not assembled, and you have to string the letters yourself, but personally I prefer that because you can adjust the letter spacing if you need to. The stars come attached all on one string, but we cut it to make four strands of eight. The cake topper is a nice touch, and the crown is adorable. My son actually didn't mind it, so we got some great photos of him with it on. The pom poms are on the small side, but that worked well for what we wanted. We only used a portion of the balloons that came and a fraction of the arch strip. It was kinda tricky getting it to stay on the wall, but some packing tape at the ends, and the glue dots that are included did the trick! The high chair letters can also be adjusted if you want to space the letters out a bit. It brings a large number 1 mylar balloon and strings. It comes with a little straw to blow it up by mouth, but we used helium and purchased a weight separate to keep it from floating away. The small mylar balloons did not float for us though, so we used them on the table as decoration with the glue dots. I'm not sure if it was because our helium tank was old, or if they weren't meant to float, but it didn't bother us at all. The only mistake was that we received three of the small silver mylar stars and only one blue, instead of two of each. Everything else was as described and we got great photos of our son on his big day!

When I opened this I was shocked at the quality and quantity of stuff! If you’re in a budget this is for you. It looks expensive once you get it all set up!

We got only 3 confetti balloons, and didn't get any stars foil balloons at all..

To buy this amount of decorations at our local part store easily costs 3-4x this price. I was also surprised that the quality was equal or better than the more expensive decorations I have purchased in the past (from Party City or Hobby Lobby).My only warning is that for the little star banner you do not do what I did and unfurl to assess length. It’s adorable but long and made a huge tangled mess which took me almost 15 minutes to straighten out. Either have another person hold the other end or just stick the first end where you want it then unfurl. Looks great now that it is hung up.Definitely plan to buy from this brand again for future birthdays.

I can't say enough good things about this product. It really is worth the price. I have never made a balloon arch and omg it turned out so freakin cute. So easy to do once you get started. Make sure to blow uo some large balloons and some small and medium to get a nice look. You will need a helium tank for some of the balloons. I used a small air tank for all the other balloons and the balloon arch to make it easier on myself. The high chair decor was perfect too! The banner came with all the letters. Side note...the star balloons are not meant to float! They are meant to blow up and stick to your balloon arch! This product does come with balloon glue for that purpose, but I just used clear tape mainly because I was just in a hurry. Also...the tie dye looking balloons are hard to tie for some reason. Great product overall! Thank you! I will be ordering from this company again.

This was a perfect package to get for a boy's first birthday decorations- it had literally everything you need for a party at a really great price! we were able to make a balloons arch on the wall with the balloons and the balloon glue that was included (we added the crete paper, which was not included) and the banners were so cute! The cake topper was adorable (no candle included- fyi just make sure to pick one up).The little for my son was too small, but I had a different one I used instead. And the banner for the high chair was perfect (despite my son constantly kicking it off).100% I would order this again!!!

The ONE sign is cute but the rest of it was just not worth it. The happy birthday banner has to be completely out together (not strung up) and the pom poms are just ugly after putting them together. If you want decorations that are easy to use don't buy this set. It took way too much time and work to get things together just to be super unimpressed with the results. I would not recommend.

This was my first attempt at any sort of balloon configuration and it went well!Non of the balloons popped or were broken, and all of the decorations were as described for the most part.The striped balloons are more tie die but they’re nice. The hat is hilariously small so we didn’t use it, but I think it’s decent value.
