C5GX1216 Adjustable 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Offset Adapter

I put this on my 2019 37 foot Jayco Eagle, 12,500 dry weight, and have pulled it thousands of miles since August. Even did a 6 hour drive, through the Salt River Canyon in Arizona with 80 gallons of fresh water on board. I have yet to feel any slop, bucking chucking or anything negative about it. I had the B&W Turn Over Ball installed into my F250 and Love it. 6'9" bed and can do just beyond a 90* turn and NOT hit the cab. I have about 1 1/2 inches at the closest point during a turn on FLAT surface, can not turn that tight if not flat! An 8 foot bed would be golden, 6'6" will never get a tight turn without the extra 4" offset ball from B&W to fit the in bed receiver.

I had issues with the RV repair shop instilling the convert a ball I bought on Amazon. Convert A Ball employee Dennis was very supportive and went over and above to help the RV shop fix their error. They stood by their product when I called before ordering to ensure I purchased the correct type, then stood by their product when the RV shop had installation issues. overall a very easy to install product.i recomend watching the utube video on the install but i would add that you will need to drill into the base plate so you will need a good drill and plenty of bits but overall it took 1 hour to install

It is a little harder to get aligned and hooked up than 5th wheel hitch was but having an almost empty bed when unhooked from trailer more than offsets that little bit of trouble.

I installed a week ago. Hook up my camper so I can leave in the morning and the hitch folds and doesn’t keep its 90 degree shape. Luckily someone is selling the B&w companion in my town so I run to bank and buy the companion. Now I’ll be able to leave in the morning. This adapter will go in the dumpster so no one will have an accident.

Great product worked amazing

It is a little lite in some structure parts but overall a good piece. However the customer service REALLY SUCKS CALLED AND LEFT MESSAGES FOR TECH WHO I WAS TOLD WOULD CALL BACK AND NEVER DID I GUESS ONCE THEY GOT $600.00 it is all you to figure out problems!
