Crunchy and tasty
For gluten free, you'd not know it. Schar makes excellent gluten free products. I often wish gluten free wasn't so much more expensive. However, I remember when there wasn't any GF choices in the market. I wish they made sugar free along with gluten free. I'm not diabetic, but I have problems with sugar. Actually, everyone has problems with sugar, but they eat it anyway. I only have one Graham cookie every three-four days, if I have more, I get swollen legs. I'm glad I figured out what causes swelling. I also found tuna , which I love, causes gout flare ups. Everyone! Keep a diary of what you eat, to figure out what effects you.

Disappointed
I was excited to find these but disappointed when I tried the . They were very dry and almost stale. I decided to buy mine directly from Schar and they were better.

Delicious for gluten free Ice cream sandwiches
Used them with cool whip frozen in the middle for a lower calorie ice cream sandwhich treat I seen someone shared online. Very good and tasted great! Would recommend!
