Ive attached photos comparing original housing frame (left) and sametop housing frame (right). I love it! My original frame broke while traveling and the sametop housing frame is a perfect for my gopro hero5 black. The cutouts are more generous for button pressing and microphones than the original frame. The housing frame came with a mount, and is also compatible with official mounts. The included mount also fits official accessories just as you'd expect. Also the lens cover is great. Last one i had (different brand) fell off with the slightest touch but the sametop lens cover fits snuggly and doesn't feel like it will fall off every time i throw my gopro in my bag. Highly recommend this product if you find your official housing frame broke.

Not quite as tough as my old GP mount but I can buy 3 or 4 of these for the price of one GP mount.The difference in sturdiness is fairly small,but it's there.A tad more brittle.Still,this will be my go-to if i ever need another one.The housing exterior has MUCH better access to the GP features on the camera than the original:mic,charge port,power button.Much better.I might even go so far as to say "is mo better". At an angle on my bars I do have to double check the red light and make sure it's on as the edges are a bit thicker and obscure the side edge telltale light if you are not facing it directly.No big deal at all.Been riding with it for a month and it functions perfectly.It's even a bit more water proof than my original thanks to those slightly thicker edges.It will handle moderate rain and moisture while riding so you don't have to pull over and bust out the waterproof case if you see a cloud :-) This is a good deal.You should get this if you need a replacement GP housing.

I like my GoPro Hero 7 Black camera. I love how it can me mounted in so many ways. The one thing I did not like was having to remove it from the frame to download media and charge it back up -- which I do several times a DAY. I often work in the rain and wanted to retain the waterproofing but needed better access to the port door. Sametop's GoPro frame has provided that with it's enlarged hole over the port door. The frame fits my GoPro perfectly, features openings for microphones and the speaker, It appears to be made of similar material and in an equal thickness as the original GoPro frame. The mounting knuckle fits my accessories well and even included another snap-in mount and thumb screw. If there is a down side it is that the larger opening over the port door means the side rails are thin for a longer distance. That could make the frame more fragile in "extreme' sports -- which I don't do. I imagine I will be very happy with this frame. It even includes a handy protective lens cap. Just make double sure you take that sucker off before you begin shooting or you will get audio only recordings. Yes, I know that from experience. Very disappointing to have lost some great footage. Don't be me, check the lens cap.

Ho acquistato questo telaio per la mia Gopro Hero 7 Black in quanto quello originale si era rotto. Devo dire che la fattura non è male e svolge la sua funzione egregiamente. In più, rispetto all'originale, ha la possibilità di accedere alla parte dello sportello di alimentazione senza aprire il telaio.

Ayant cassé le boîtier GoPro je recherchais une alternative de remplacement moins chère sans pour autant sacrifier la qualité et je dois dire que je suis très satisfait de SAMETOP. L'ajustement parfait et surtout sont poids aussi léger que celui d'origine (contrairement a d'autres marques) ce qui en faisait l'argument d'achat principal pour moi sachant que j'utilise le tout sur un casque de moto. Bref pour le prix c'est le top ✓
