Great Vegan Recipe Book
I have been on the Vegan kick for three months and frankly was getting frustrated with having to surf around every time I wanted a new recipe. Then it dawned on me to load up my Kindle with vegan cook books. This one by Kevin Kerr is by the far the best of the bunch. It has a nice range of meals and each recipe is described in simple, easy to follow language. I didn't need to use any other reference and it was fun using my Kindle in the kitchen! Recommended for any vegans out there tired of hunting down recipes - all the ones you need are in this gem of an E-book.

Simple and Useful Recipes Book!
The beggining of the book is powerful: the quality of what we eat determines the quality of our body. The rest of information is all about the different kinds of recipes divided in 5 kind of meals: wraps, juices, smoothies, salads, fermented foods, dressings and others that you'll discover inside the book.I do reccomend this book to anyone (All should eat this kind of food).

Simple and tasty
My mom is a raw food vegan. She's always talking about dehydrating and soaking in advance and hoe long it took her to do something. I'm really not interested in that! But I have experimented with raw food for a couple weeks at a time and felt amazing - until I got bored. Salad only gets you so far. I have other cookbooks that read a little like my mom talks. Too much. THIS ONE, however, is short, simple and funny. I think it will probably serve as my boost into the world of raw food. It's absolutely worth getting even if you're just looking to add something nutritious and interesting to your diet.

Raw Recipes not what I expected
This was a short ,sweet and to the point book not a lot of instruction. I liked the salad along with the few wrap recipes It would be nice to have had more salad dressing, teas and snack recipes. Overall good price for what you get I guess you get what you pay for.

Very Well Written Book of Vegan Recipes
I love it when I find a winner on Amazon. This Kindle book of Vegan recipes is an excellent read. I first took an interest in this topic when I heard Daymon John mention that his kids were into eating vegan foods. Ever since watching that episode of Sharktank, I took an interest in the topic and started searching out to get more educated on the subject. This book not only includes great recipes, but addresses the mental and physical health benefits of eating vegan foods. I am glad I found this Kindle book.

Some good ideas, but...
This book has some interesting salad, juice, and smoothie combination suggestions, but it's limited to that. I was hoping to see some unique ideas for things other than salad. For example, I have a good recipe for raw vegan onion bread. I was looking for something more along those lines.

Not Exactly a Recipe Guide
This "book" contains a few rough lists of ingredients with no amounts for creating raw food salads and smoothies, but there are absolutely no photographs, or any musings to delight the reader. Not worth $2.99 in my opinion.

4 Star By a Vegan Newbie May Mean 5 Star for a Vegan
As a newbie to Vegan Lifestyle I wished there were some pictures on the book so that I can visualize how some of the end recipes look like.On the plus side however, the authors leaves room for creativity for you. It is not a play it by book type of Recipe Book. It is to the point and brief which I like. Even though I love meat, I was quite tempted to try some of the recipes as some of them are quite yummy even for a non-vegan. I guess if you are a vegan, then you'd enjoy the recipes shared way more than I did as it gives you choices of salad, juices, smoothies, dressings, deserts etc.

Simple but difficult ingredients outside USA
I really liked this book and how it was set out. Easy to read, with good basis info at the start of each chapter. The only issue I had was I live in Latin America and many recipes had products that we can't get here

If you are looking for a good guide / in depth reading for eating raw
If you are looking for a good guide / in depth reading for eating raw, this is not the one. It is a very short book (looks more like a notebook) and it just has lists of vegetables and fruits that you can combine together... Also the font is oddly large.
