This humidifier is easy to use and effective. The instructions are simple, you simply take the water tank off, add water, put the tank back on and then turn the knob, it almost immediately begins releasing steam once you turn the knob. One thing to be careful of is that the tank doesn't actually lock into the base of the device, but its not easy to tip over, just don't pick up the tank while you hear glugging sounds (that means water is transferring from tank to base). You can adjust the knob from low to high, and the highest setting releases a lot of steam at once. It doesn't light up, so it's great to use while sleeping.

It is a nice and quiet humidifier. At first, when I unboxed it, I did not expect it to be this large, but it makes since for it to be a 5L humidifier. There is an adjustment knob at the bottom of the base and it lasts for a long time. It says it lasts 20 hours continuously, but it depends on what level you have it on. On the side of the tank, there is a clear water indicator to see how much water you have left, but the light will turn red if you run out of water too.The only flaw I found with it is the design and build quality. It seems like it will last a long time, but it feels really cheap, just like a piece of plastic. For the design, it separates into three different pieces, the base, the tank, and top lid. There is no locking mechanism for those three pieces, so moving it around is difficult. Its quite a messy operation sometimes refilling it for me.

I thought I’d give my honest opinion to prevent others from wasting their money.After a little over 1 month from my purchase, my 2nd Pallas humidifier (after returning the first) went out on me. That’s right! My second.My first one went out with 3 days of having it. It just stop blowing a mist and I quickly sent it back. Amazon was quick in returning it and I went with the upgraded newer model thinking that they fixed whatever bugs.I received my 2nd one which worked great a little over a month (I was very pleased). One day a loud noise started emitting from the machine. I cleaned it by wiping it down and the noise continued. Within a few hours later, no must, no sound, no nada!How convenient that it broke down outside my return policy. I am very disappointed. I should have just asked for my money back the first time. Shame on me!

This is so much better than the Vicks brand humidifier. It doesnt require refill every single night, easy to clean, stays clean longer, blows good mist with multiple settings. It helps so much much with my daughter's allergies, sleeping, snoring. The top piece, however, I always forget to take off and it always falls off when I flip it to fill.

After nearly three months of good use, the unit stopped working. I followed the troubleshooting directions but no luck. After careful observation, I decided the on/off knob no longer enabled the motor, so the unit produced no mist. I sent an email to customer service telling them what the issue was and my assessment of where the problem lay. I asked for a replacement. I never heard back. Happily, Amazon responded to my request for a replacement immediately. This humidifer is now on probation. If it stops working again, I will not get another.

I like lots of humidity output, so it lasts through the night and a lil bit of morning but when i get up, gotta fill. Took me a while to figure out how to get handle out, push on base of handle, either side to get to flip up. I like ,otherwise really like this 1, my cats seem to like it too!! Luv the no big filter!!

Fine at first. Stopped working after a few months.

My partner and I used this in our bedroom about ten times before it started to smell of mold. I cleaned it twice, and put new water in it before every use. However, most recently, I turned it on and it began immediately emitting a disgusting odor. I had to throw the product out.
