Recommended if you use their rack; easy install, very sturdy and powerful suction
These fit into place easily, are easy to install and work well. They are a little louder than what one would expect from a small desk fan. Most likely they are no louder than whatever is in the rack they are affixed to. Recommended for these reasons and because they are designed specifically for their own hardware, so they are essentially recessed, not taking up any of the top 1U of the rack. In fact, even with a shelf on the top 1U these don’t reduce useable space much at all. Keep in mind they require a full power plug, they aren’t whimpy little USB powered fans. For networking equipment and small servers, these will prevent smart fans from spinning up because they do actually cool very effectively

to loud and no speed control or thermal - expensive
They are to loud and they are either on (plug) or off, there is no thermal control.. Returned then and got me 1 unit with thermal control and speed control.

Fit great, work fine, but they are a bit noisy
The rack is in a workspace and as such, with phones, etc. there is some sensitivity to noise. These fans are noisier than others so I am likely going to be removing them and replacing them with a quieter set.
