I have to slump even more than I already do just to keep it on my shoulders.
Ordered a small to be safe as I am a 34D, I was so excited to get this corrector and so very disappointed when it arrived. The shoulders are so giant it is impossible to keep on, just wearing it for a couple minutes it refuses to stay on my shoulders. It's worse that a pesky bra strap. I will be returning this item as it is little more than a strap of elastic around my waist.

Works great long term!
I’m really glad with this posture corrector. I was really afraid that some of the reviews were fabricated and it wouldn’t work.I saw some reviewers mention that a small was too big because it kept slipping off. For reference, I am 5’5 and 110 pounds and the xs fits perfectly. There is give to take it in a bit or loosen it because of the Velcro strap.I was looking for something that I could comfortably wear under clothes. Just a warning, you cannot wear this under thin shirts. The straps are thin, but have some cushion so it doesn’t hurt your armpits. They’re like downsized backpack straps. Because of the padding in the armpits, the posture corrector doesn’t chafe as much as expected. However, after a long day of wearing it, I am more than happy to take it off.And when I do take it off, my posture stays great! This has re trained my back and I couldn’t be happier!

Meh, arm straps ouchy
Wanted this to combat sitting at a computer. Fit fine, easy enough to put on & take off. Isn’t too in the way for movement & didn’t cause me any back pain while getting accustomed to it.But it chafed my under arm areas/ sides! The straps that go under your arms should maybe be contoured a bit. Or maybe they’d just be better with a small % of elastic in them so the fabric wasn’t so stiff and scratchy as you move your arms! Too uncomfortable to use with any consistency due to irritation from the straps.

Tough To Put On - 5'5 110 lbs and small is almost too big
Which means it fits for now, but won't if I shrink or it stretches. This is not easy to put on if you have inflammatory arthritis of the spine - the amount of meds and PT it takes to maintain mobility is a little insane, and something as simple as putting on a jacket is challenging some days.Once it's on, it's fantastic. And I can wear it under clothes, which is everything.

Best of all we tried!
I bought that for my 6ft, 22yo daughter with a tendancy to slouched over. We tried several different posture correction brace in the past 10 yrs to help correct her posture. This one is the best so far. It's easy to wear and less bulky than all the one we tried. She is very happy with it.

Worth every penny
I shopped long and hard before deciding on this one. With so many out there it's hard to know. But upon my first wearing this, I felt instant relief. I am so happy with the results. And since the design is simple I can easily take it on and off. Plus, it's easily hidden under clothes. It's worth every penny.

My posture is improving
I usually wear it for no more than an hour and usually once a day. But my posture and my awareness of my posture is improving. I wear it on top of clothes at home. Not sure it would work under clothes and wouldn't want to wear it for hours unless I had to.

Make sure your placement is right with chiropractor or educate yourself online it can cause damage if not worn correctly I wear it almost all the time
