Manufacturer and Distributor Customer Service Nonexistant for Warranty Issues - Buy Another Brand
We purchased the Havana Twin Seat Glider Bench thinking that it's UK manufacture and incorporated headrest would be a better quality and design than the other bench gliders we can purchase for around the same price at our large home-improvement retailers in the US. While the frame design is very sturdy and the seat design ergonomically supportive/comfortable, the fabric tension is poor. It took two people about 30 minutes to assemble the glider bench, which was made easy because the factory assembles the seat section. However, our major issue is that the seat-back fabric is wavy and the seat-bottom fabric has a large dip on one side when the fabric should be smooth and taught. I verified that all the machine screws are properly fastened, but the sags/waves remain.I have tried to receive help from the manufacturer and distributor to no avail. I typed in the URL for factory support listed in the instructions, and the website no longer exists. I went on the distributor's website and found an email address for warranty parts, but it's been four weeks since I wrote the company about the fabric issue and I haven't received a reply. I emailed the distributor directly, but it's been two weeks and no reply.Aside from the fabric, the dog-bone pivot arms that create the gliding/rocking motion are made of a thick, hard plastic with ball bearings. We love the ball-bearing movement, but we're concerned about the longevity of the plastic. These arms hold the entire weight of the seat, so metal would be a better design because plastic will likely fail after years of use.Basically, we are in a position where we either keep the glider bench with its seat flaw and suspicious pivot-arm design and hope the fabric doesn't get worse and the pivot arms don't break, or we return the item to the seller. If the fabric weren't an issue and/or if we actually received any type of customer service for warranty issues, we would keep the bench glider in a heartbeat. However, with no response from neither the manufacturer nor the distributor, we are not pleased with this bench glider.

Excellent product, comfortable, relaxing, practical, well made.
This glider style seat is so much better than the traditional "A" frame swing seat it was purchased to replace. It is so much easier to move and store, the main reason our old swing seat needed replacing was because we were never able to cover or store it adequately over winter, this glider seat is easily moved around the garden whenever we want and is so easy to just lift it into the shed in winter. It takes up a lot less room on the patio than the old swing yet the seating area is bigger. It is much easier to get on and off than the swing was and the high back makes it very comfortable. It has a nice gentle rocking motion which is so relaxing. It took about an hour and a half for two of us to put together, but it wasn't difficult we just took our time. It's well manufactured and once built it feels very solid and safe. I like that they also provide little plastic covers in the same colour as the frame to go over the screw heads. Well worth the money.

Great garden seat.
Took a few hours to put together, couple one night and finished in the morning but that's because I'm disabled and hubby old lol. As others have said do not mix up the screws etc which I told my hubby but of course he did and we did get the bottom frame and the arms the wrong way round. Love the seat as it's comfortable and a gentle swing to it. Our friends have admired it too and want one. Colour is better than the black. Think we will use it in the conservatory during the winter,

Missing screws and corroded washers.
This chair is an exact replacement to the one I’ve had for years. Due to having a long term disabling illness, I had to pay someone to put it together for me. In the box there were corroded nuts and washers plus a couple of screws were missing. Lucky the man who put it together had the foresight to remove some mission screws from my old chair and use them on the new.

Very comfortable, looks good, and not that difficult to assemble
Bought one of these glider seats for an elderly relative. Like it so much that just bought another one for my wife and I, to put in our gazebo. Might get another one at a later date to go on the patio. The glider is extremely comfortable, with a high back. The colour is such that it blends into the garden landscape. The assembly instructions are adequate, if not great. However, we didn’t find it difficult to assemble, but be aware that it is easier with two people. No tools are required, as a key and spanner are included.Highly recommended.

Wrong colour received
Not the seller, but delivery not great. Arrived a day early but no notification so was not there when arrived. Was left in hallway but could not shut the door after they left and 82 year old resident could not shift it.Anyway, went together okay, need a bit of space and another person to help at times, but result is a sturdy and good looking bit of garden furniture. The other problem, chair that arrived was not the colour ordered, but did not want the hassle of returning.
