My son loves "guys" which essentially mean toys that will bend at the knee and arms, look like regular ole humans, and can fit in most of his trucks that are various brands... this guy fit the criteria!! ESP being this price point as I too frequently have to spend far more for what he loves

He comes ready to work!
What can I say about "Jake"? Well, he shows up on time and works hard. Added him the workforce when we reached an area that needed some trees cleared for road construction. A great addition to the Bruder team. A decent value as well, since he comes equipped with a chainsaw, gas can and hard hat w/ face shield, for only slightly more money than other the "worker guys", as we call them, who come without their own tools. My son is 3 years old and loves all the Bruder toys we've accumulated, although he only plays with them under my supervision. If you have younger children, as I do, these are not "playroom" toys. They have small parts and should be handled with care, however they are not cheaply made. If you like spending time with you kids and showing them how to both enjoy and learn from using the fine toys Bruder makes, these are for you. See pics for "Jake" in action. While Bruder will sell you plastic logs, I got mine free in the backyard.

He's much smaller than I anticipated but realistic and fun. Goes well with the log truck my 6 yr old got for his birthday.
