Great value on a great product that is getting difficult to find. Working great in a 1976 F150 C6 automatic.

Use it as a diesel additive
Type F. Hard to get a good price at Napa. I use it as additive for my diesel truck. 1/3 a fill up. Came quick and almost ready to reorder.

perfect for my old 74 f-100
cost less than local parts store brand or other name brands , my 74 f-100 runs off type-f for power steering and transmission fluids. will buy again.

Type F for the win!
I was looking for Type F transmission fluid for a Ford C6 transmission at the local auto parts store, but they were nearly double the price and they never had enough on the shelf. Found these online, dumped them in my empty transmission, and my ride runs great! Glad I found these online, and it delivered quickly without me running around trying to find enough quarts at the stores.

Don't know anything about it, but Hughes Performance recommends it
I don't know anything about transmission fluid properties, except one must keep the fluid both clean/fresh and relatively cool to ensure the transmission reaches its designed service life. I purchased a Hughes Performance TH-400 transmission and expected to fill it with GM fluid. However, when reading Hughes Performance literature, they stated, "Hughes Performance uses & recommends Castrol Type F Automatic Transmission fluid." That's why I purchased this fluid and have provided this review.
