This product is nearly an identical dupe of the otterbox defender that I was replacing. It’s remarkable how similar it is for just a quarter of the price. I had both in my hands because I was replacing my defender with this item. If you have a defender, you know that the exterior rubber just sort of disintegrates after time.This case has two parts, an inner plastic and outer cover. It has a plastic screen shield (not entirely evident from the photos). Also not evident from the photos, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that there are flap covers over the charging and audio ports. In other words, it is the same as the defender.There are some subtle differences though:1—The plastic case felt a bit flimsier. Lighter and thinner. It had the look and feel of a 3D printed version of the original. But other than the type of plastic, it was identical. Although strangely, it was EXTREMELY difficult to open and I struggled quite a bit to do this without breaking it. Be careful when you do this.2—The outer layer feels more plastic than rubber. It’s like a more malleable plastic rather than the silicone/rubber feel of the defender. I think this might actually work better bc many people take issue with the stickiness of the defender case and the difficulty it adds to putting it in and taking it out of pockets. But the plastic feel makes it seem a little cheaper. Still well worth it though.3—The apple logo peephole in the back is not centered. My logo appears much lower and slightly to the right. But there is a plastic cover over that part as well.Only time will tell how well these hold up and how protective they are but I’m very pleased so far and hopeful since the design is essential the same. I’m using it for an older phone so I’m slightly less concerned. I’m not sure if I’d use it for a brand new phone but will absolutely buying it as replacements once my ob defender cases disintegrate as they ALWAYS do. (I was not given anything for this review)

Very similar to an otter box defender. Like it just as well and less expensive.

This case fits perfectly. However, the plastic part of the case is extremely brittle. The other revenue Are correct on this. Be extremely careful when trying to open it. Also, it is notably darker in color than pictured. A minor annoyance but I figured it was worth mentioning.

This case is definitely shockproof. I drop my phone all the time and have not had anything break! As good or better than the big names and a third of the price. You will not be disappointed. Great customer service!

I like that this cell phone case is a total package. It comes with an Otterbox, screen protector and a belt clip. This is a great product at a reasonable price. I am so pleased with the product.

This case looks like an "otterbox" but the quality is not as good. A piece broke off the top of hard case upon installation, so that it does not make a sealed snap closure. It also is more of a brittle plastic then the otterbox cases. The padded liner in the case is much thinner then the otterbox, which will not help with impact protection if dropped. Hopefully the case will hold up.
