Arnica is the answer for so many things!
I was rearended one day after getting out of the hospital from a brain surgery. I was in so much pain. My neck started hurting really bad a few days after getting hit. Nothing worked. I couldn't get up enough energy to make mine, so I found this. It works fine on it's own. I add a few drops of CBD oil....and that hits the spot. I wish I could have rubbed it on my incision. I'm sure it would have helped.

Best balm out there
I hurt my knee really bad from cycling. I used Icy hot and nothing happened. I took medicine to help with inflammation and again nothing. I finally bought this and it worked. My knee was a lot less swollen in overnight.
