Q: Does it come from a nut and seed free facility?

Hello from TMO, we produce our marshmallow creme in a dedicated facility that does not have nut or seed ingredients, and does not share equipment with any other products that contain them. We are not certified tree nut/seed free but hope that this helps you in your decision to enjoy our products or not! Sorry for the lateness of this response as well!

Q: Anyone had success using this for a macaron filling? Was it ok after being frozen and thawed?

I used it to make rice crispy treats. That went very well.

Q: Is this kosher and if so under whose hashgacha or supervision?
