I was in a hotel where I really liked the softness and comfort of their duvet… I looked for the Sobel Westex brand… and I bought the duvet but I was wrong in the size… and the return was much more than the cost of the product… contact the customer service team and they responded immediately and looked for a quick and favorable solution for meWithout a doubt, they have very good treatment and understanding for their clients.Totally recommended

I bought this duvet insert to fit in a new duvet cover--queen sizes are all over the place! This one fit perfectly as anticipated and I'm very happy with it. It's not too hot or puffy, which I really appreciate. I also like that the quilting is subtle and it doesn't show through the duvet cover like others have. It has loops in the corners to keep it aligned and I have had no issues. It's winter now and it's a perfect warmth, so I'm not sure if it will be too heavy in summer, but I typically take out the insert and just use the duvet cover in warmer months anyway.

First of all my wife has fallen in love with this comforter while we had stayed at the Pepermil in Reno, LOVED it! So we found it on Amazon. All was great until the comforter was washed! It became a wrinkled up ball of wrinkles! How is that? Surely a hotel is also washing their comforters??
