Purchased two of these for daughters to practice hair and make up on, as state for hair and cosmotology. They arrived with no paperwork what so ever, i presumed that they would have come with something such as a guidance for cleaning after use (more make up than hair) products that can and can't be used on them etc. I would have also appreciated some form of instructions for the clamp as arrives in three parts- i admit i couldn't work it out however luckily the other half was on hand for that part!My youngest daughter was more interested in using her's to do make up/ copy face paint ideas however due to the design of the face practice of eye make up or lipstick application is not comparable to an actual face.Due to having no information with it my youngest daughters Mannequin has unfortunatley met with two seperate incidents and is no longer of original apperance1) With no cleaning guidance included and make up not cleaning off how it would with make up remover wipes or liquid on normal skin, The internet was used to find alternate ways to clean nail varnish remover and rubbing alcohol were mentioned on many different websites.... This has now left her face without an eyebrow!2) without a list of items that should not be used on the face being supplied my daughter put a lip stain/gloss on the face, being 7 and as mentioned above about the shape of the mouth/lips this did get on the area around the lips. The result of this has left the face with a deep red stain around the mouth area which also spread upon cleaning. Had i of known not to use this kind of product i would have checked what my daughter was using and removed any products such as this.

Okay so i have read the reviews of this product, there are mixed opinions. You are paying so little for this training head compared to any other one so just keep that in mind. You get what you pay for, so in my mind this is a great product for the price point.

This went down a treat I got it for my daughter to learn how to do plaits. The hair is lovely my daughter hasn’t stopped playing with it

Don't buy this product because the glue they use to stick the hair spreads all over the hair witch makes it look like your doll has dandruff. The dolls hair is always tangled no matter how many times you untangle it. I wouldn't recommend buying this.

Fantastic! My daughter wanted to practise plaits and this is perfect. Clips on the table so she can brush and eventually cut it
