I liked that it has 33 active ingredients right away — like chelated minerals (which absorb better), Vitamin D3, Vitamin C, Zinc, and even live probiotic cultures. After a couple of weeks, I felt better during my workouts: less tired and I recovered faster between sessions, especially after those late ones. My immune system seems stronger too — fewer sniffles or days when I'm not feeling it when I'm working hard. The split dosage over meals helps avoid that crash or upset stomach feeling.
