Quality made in USA wrench set for very reasonable price
Wright tools is an excellent choice for those of you looking to upgrade your wrench set. I've been using these at home for a couple of months, but I have experiences with many manufacturers. I'd recommend these wrenches if you prefer heavier, thicker beam wrenches. I've tried to discuss some of the features of this set.Length: Wright wrenches tend to be longer than the standard wrench set from Sears. As a comparison, Wright is shorter than Mac Knuckle Savers (long), Matco Optitorques, Snap-On Flank Drive or GearWrench long Surface Drive wrenches. Wright wrenches are similar in length to Cornwell and SK long sets. So keep in mind which length is best for you.Open end: This set of wrenches feature "Wright Grip," which is similar to Snap-On's "Flank Drive Plus" system. In other words, this wrench has ridges on opposite sides of the open end to help grip stubborn fasteners. This is great for removing things, but it can mar your nuts/bolts. Something to consider, if you need to preserve the appearance of your fasteners. Of course you could used the box end, which doesn't have those same ridges...Box end: The closed end attempts to contact that flat part of the fasteners surface. Almost every manufacturer has adopted this feature to prevent rounding off fasteners. Only several thing are worth noting. First, Wright box ends tend to be slightly thicker in circumference than Snap-On or other truck brands. Second, it appears that the box end is angled at less than the standard 15 degree angle.Personally, I really like the heft and solid feel of these wrenches. Wright offers a lifetime warranty and manufactures these tools in the United States. The denim roll is simply icing on the cake and all for an extremely reasonable price. A great choice of tools, especially for people who don't have convenient access to Snap-On, Mac, Matco or Cornwell dealers. Or for people who can't afford new vendor prices.

Top Quality
As nice a combo wrench as you can find! I've tried many different brands: Armstrong, SK, Williams (USA), Matco, etc. These have to be the wrenches I like the best. Quality made in the USA, one of the few privately owned tool companies left. Chrome looks great, & "Wright Grip" open ends grab as good or better than any other brands. These are not as long as other brands "long pattern" wrenches, but longer than Craftsman raised panel wrenches. These also have a thicker shank than most other brands, (except Williams Supercombos) and the edges are nicely rounded to keep them from cutting into your hand. As a bonus you also get a very nice canvas tool roll (nicer than anything other brands include). Also Wrights customer service is very helpful. BOTTOM LINE: You cant beat the quality, and everything you get included for the price! Good to see that the USA can still make some of the best tools around!

Really glad i finally saved up e ough to purchase this ...
Really glad i finally saved up e ough to purchase this set. I plan to order sae version (15) piece and then 26sae and 28 metric set set later. The quality very high on these wrenches. I did notice some wrenches had 2.0 in small letters and others did not. Its no big deal to me because i cant tell any differnece between them. Though if i had two 10mm i may be able to see a difference. All in all im satisfied

Great wrenches for the money.
Theses are great wrenches for the money. The beam thickness is thicker than a Snap On, the head and box being about the same. Overall length is shorter than the Snap On but longer than your average Craftsman raised panel wrench. The Wright Grip open end works just as well (and a little less marring on the fastener) as the Snap On Flank Drive Plus. If you're looking for tool truck quality wrench set but don't want to spend tool truck money these would be a good choice. My set also came with a really nice tool roll, I was shocked at how nice it was.

An excellent choice for the money.
These are FANTASTIC wrenches for the money! I'm not a professional by any means (just a driveway mechanic) but after using my Craftsman raised panels for a few years I decided it was time to upgrade to some high-quality USA steel. I have used other wright tools in the past and found them to be extremely high quality. The price is also right; I was torn between these and a comparable set of SK or Proto wrenches but ended up getting these because of the lower price and free shipping. The set includes every size from 7-22mm except for the 20mm (I'm sure they exist but have never come across a 20mm fastener). Now, onto the wrenches themselves:Finish: Absolutely perfect. I found no burrs or blemishes on any of the wrenches in the set and the chrome is excellent, although their satin finish wrenches are also excellent. I was originally going to buy the same set in satin finish (Wright Tool #752) but since the price was about the same I opted for the full polish (easier to wipe clean). The teeth in the box end are very well formed (they just feel that much sharper than than the old craftsman wrenches) and the broaching is perfect. All of the stamping is perfect and clearly legible, even on the little 7mm.Ergonomics: These are very comfortable to use for extended periods of time, a pleasant departure from my old craftsman wrenches. I was able to apply a lot of force without my hands hurting, a huge plus for the larger sizes.Strength: The beams are quite meaty (but not ridiculously so) and the box and open ends are still able to access all but the tightest of spaces. For comparison, these are a head longer then a comparable craftsman wrench. These wrenches appear to be extremely strong and grip fasteners like none other, although as a DIYer I'll likely never need to unlock their full potential. All in all, these are wonderful wrenches and will probably last until the world ends. If you're looking for a set of high-quality USA-made wrenches, look no further.
