It worked
I was getting very little water from my reverse osmosis filter. After replacing the three filters, I thought the water flow would increase. It did not. It turns out that the capillary tube inside the base wore out and broke off, all of the water was going down the drain instead of going into my water pitcher. I removed the two screws, then pulled out the problem. This is the third time I replaced the base on two different reverse osmosis systems.

The real problem is the drain tube under the sink
Paid no attention to the other reviews. Bought it anyway. It did leak at first but took it apart to find out why. There is a brass tube that dumps excess water from the RO membrane to the drain. The brass tube is open to the air and sprays a small jet of water down the drain tube and goes into the drain under the sink. The drain tube was clogged and the water was flowing out the back slit in the faucet base. Cleaned the drain tube and it works like it use to. Still, strange design that will wash your counter top if it gets clogged. When you change the filters, clean the drain tube also.

It will leak eventually due to the design
So yes this is exactly the same faucet that it replaced but when it failed the exact same way as the first one I realized this has a poor design. The air gap is designed as a piece that screws into the bottom of the faucet using a tiny gasket. Both of my ge faucets started leaking right there and it is hard to catch because it only leaks while the RO is refilling the tank. I ended up replacing it with another faucet that didn't make such horrible design flaws.

Bought it for one small part. ..
It's exactly what is pictured. I purchased this because apparently there is no way to purchase the little metal part in the inside that the reject hoses connect to. I bought this for that one brass part to replace the one in the original because the metal tube on it roared away. As the other review states, you have to find a easy to get the hoses off the original (I cut mine), then try and get the hoses back on. I managed to do it, but at the expense of bending the metal pipe in every which direction and needing to bend it back. Kind of frustrating that I paid 30 bucks to only use that 1 part.I did receive the original base though, so I will have an extra if I ever need it. But after my experience, it almost wasn't worth my time with this filter system. Also, if your faucet is leaking from the back of the base, probably the same reason, buy this instead of the faucet head like I did. Felt like an idiot.

Fixed my air gap issue!
Had the classic leak at the air gap with a crack in the brass fittings running up into the faucet base into the Air Gap. This replacement helped with that issue (cracked air gap).On a side note, if you are looking at this you likely had a leak at the air gap (this part has the air gap). I recommend everyone check their Reverse Osmosis draining tube often, especially if you have a disposal in your sink. If your sink backs up into the secondary sink, it is possible that the food which your disposal is bringing up could/can clog your black RO drainage tube. This also causes leaks at the air gap and usually is the main reason you have a counter full of water!
