Undeniably Comfy, But Far From Firm
Frankly, anyone describing this product as 'firm' has never been anywhere near a properly firm mattress and this has caused it to drop a star in my review.Notwithstanding, it is certainly comfortable and incredible value, though perhaps I'd be more inclined to recommend it for use in secondary bedrooms as opposed to being my main mattress. We subsequently ordered a 4 inch-thick piece of firm reflex foam to fit underneath for extra support, and this has really improved the overall feel of the bed.I would buy Naturalex again but will definitely be getting assurances first that the mattress I'm buying is indeed firm, rather than this medium support proposition.

support not sustained
Ive had the mattress for around 6 months now, maybe more. Ive been sleeping on the firm side, and it is a comfortable mattress when you first lie on it. it moulds around you give a comfortable support. but i feel during the night it doesnt feel as supportive as when you first lie on it at the start of your nightIt also feels like the support reduces over the weeks and weeks sleeping on it, so i need to turn the mattress around,(clockwise not upside down) to get more support again by lying on a part that hasnt been slept on. I do this once a month or so.Overall its okay for the money but the support and comfort isnt sustained. Needs regular turning around

Price lowered
The mattress itself is fine, comfortable enough, does seem to have a funny smell but im hoping this fades over time.The only reason for the three star review is that i paid £130, and then within a few days the price has dropped to £89.99. Purely me feeling like i've been shafted out of £40, so if you do buy this mattress please don't make my mistake and wait for the price to be lower :)
