Makes shoes more comfortable and easier to wear.
I love using elastic laces in my shoes. Most slip on shoes are too loose for me to wear comfortable because they slide off my foot as I walk. The elastic laces make shoes easy to slip in to and they stay on comfortably. There is enough give in the elastic to allow your shoe to stay securely on your foot without being too tight. Also you don't have to deal with constantly re-tying your shoes as often happens with my gym shoes. Or even worse fall by tripping on the laces.The only complaint that I have and the reason for 4 stars is that it is difficult to thread the laces through the lace locks. You have to squeeze the lace lock tightly to make the opening wide enough to push the laces through. I have tried other elastic laces and had the same problem. I felt the instructions for these laces was better than others.Overall a very useful product and I will buy these again.

No Tie Shoelaces
These laces are for my husband who could not seem to keep his laces tied for one reason or another. He used the first pair that we purchased for his golf shoes and he loves them hence we got him this product with three pairs. He plans to use those for his tennis shoes. He would highly recommend this product to family and friends and the Amazon customers who might wonder if the laces work. The laces work wonderful.

Great no-tie shoelaces with lots of good features.
These shoelaces are strong, stretchy and easy to install. I have them on the 2 pairs of shoes I wear the most and am considering putting them on my hiking shoes, too. I like the reflective feature since I sometimes walk at night. They make wearing tie shoes so easy and they retain where you set them so once you get them in the perfect spot, they won't move. I highly recommend them.

OK but not reusable
as a father of 2 kids, this is a good product. its not complex to install either. My one issue though is that you can't take it off one shoe and put it on another (say, when the child no longer wears that shoe) because you have to trim the lace and that means you cut off the end where the lace is sealed.

Great product - but need patience and persistence
Great product...I used the laces to cinch the hem of my pants. A little difficult to thread the laces thru the toggle - need patience and perseverance. Other reason for the four stars (not 5) was the instructions. I wish there were clearer instructions about cutting off the laces after knotting them....wondering if they unravel .... time will tell if the knot stays knotted. For now - they look great and appear to be solid and functional.

To insert the laces though the "squeeze button fastener" required trimming the ferules with a razor knife. Using pliers to fully depress the “squeeze button” also helped get the laces inserted. At 84 years my lack of flexibility made it impossible to tie my shoe laces. The FAST MILE laces solved that problem.

Haven't tried these yet
I have other brands so I know the concept is great. I bought this brand because the toggle looked like it would be easier to work since I have arthritis. I have tested that function, and they are a bit better than other designs.

Good fit!

The plastic end annoys me
I bought these as my ordinary laces had started working loose on a more frequent basis and these popped up as a recommended lightning deal. I thought why not as they weren't expensive. Whilst they work quite well, the piece of plastic they advise you to use to cover the knot having cut laces to length bounces up and down on my foot as I walk. This annoys me so bought another ordinary pair of laces.

Not worth the money
These are useless! The actual laces are fine but the plastic spring catch just doesn’t work so the laces can’t be tied securely. Have bought a different brand and they were admittedly more expensive but they work-

Slip on Safety boots!
I fitted them to my safety shoes and boots. a long shoe horn helps me swap between them without getting muddy!
