I bought these dice as a gift to my boyfriend. The design was cool, and in person they looked cool as well. However, the print is very faint, so its hard to read with the scroll work design. These dice are not for the drinkers of D&D thats for sure.

I love these dice, the color is a little lighter than shown here which I actually like. After playing with plainer dice these took a little getting use to and were a little harder to read at first but the design is beautiful and in the right lighting they are definitely readable.

This is the third Q-Workshop rpg dice set I've purchased, and it's the first one I didn't return. The company seems to have a consistent problem with basic symmetry. I used to get mad at Chessex because some of their dice were overpolished, and unevenly so. It leaves you with a couple numbers that pretty much can't come up because the opposite face doesn't have enough of an edge to stop the roll. Chessex fixed that problem, and their dice sets now are consistently crisp. Q-Workshop, on the other hand, can't even figure out now to mold an even polyhedron in the first place. All the dice are just a tiny bit lopsided. With the d20 it's most noticeable. I tried two Dragon sets before this one, and they were lopsided to a degree I couldn't accept. This set is good enough I guess.I will say the etched design is pretty cool. The actual product isn't nearly as crisp and legible as their website photo, but it's still a nice change of pace from the usual swirly colors of Chessex.

Love these dice! A good green coloration. The gold etching make them pop. I have been playing RPG's for 35 years now and have grand collection of play aids, these will be a nice addition.

The dice are good but some of the sides were just too narrow for them to paint. This caused some of the numbers painted areas to be outside of the inscribed area that it was intended for. There are also some areas were there is a small build up of paint that would make the number hard to read in some lighting conditions. I would imagine this could be fixed with a needle to scrape off the excess paint allowing the inscrption to define the numbers shape. The silver paint used is also darker than what is depicted in the picture. What truely salvages the flaws is the leaf decor around the numbers, which really is an eye catcher.

They have a cool design, but they really are hard to read. I don't get why they didn't use white paint instead of grey. I'm 28 and have 20 20 vision and they hard to read from 3 ft away in normal lighting. I'm hoping to use a needle or something to repaint the numbers and designs with white. I'll update if it's successful.

Although I love the filigree on the dice, the silver paint in the grooves isn't as crisp as it is in the photo. They are very pretty, but that combined with the filigree itself makes these dice hard to read. If you play in a really well lit room they should be fine, but barring that, it might be worth it to pick a different set.

The actual box for the dice was a bit crushed but the dice themselves weren't affected at all. They look beautiful! My order arrived a week before expected. Overall happy with my order :)

The carvings on some dice has been seriously damaged, some of these silver part torn off, looks rather bad, not sure if this is a common issue though
