KINGMAZI Solar Powered Snake Repellent for Outdoor, Electronic Snake Repellent, Get Rid of Snake Mole Gophers for Outdoor Garden Yard 2 Pack

We live in the country and have been living with rattlesnakes for 20 years. We have lost beloved pets, been cornered on our stairs by snakes, and kill about 4 rattlesnakes a year in our yard within 20 feet of our front door. Unless I see a rattlesnake crawling across one of these snake repellents and until I get enough coverage, there really is no way to say whether it works or not for snakes, but I can tell you that it helps. We have a fenced yard with snake fence across the bottom all the way around. They crawl over it and go through the gaps in the gates. You have to remove what they want and what their food wants- food, shade, water - and then use repellents. It takes more than one thing. We have rodent repellents and traps in the house. We have rodent repellents in our cars and UTVs. I can tell you that when I put these stakes in the ground and put the rodent repellents in my UTV that is parked by one of the stakes that a significant portion of the snakes food disappeared 35 feet away. I feed the birds, it attracts squirrels. The squirrels were everywhere. I now have zero squirrels around the bird feeder. The bunnies and birds couldn't care less about any of it though. You can't just put stakes in the ground and think something is going to magically disappear. It is wildlife. If they need food/water/shade and you are the only source, they are coming in. Remove what they want - the rodents/water/shade - use snake fence if you have a fence, don't leave water out at night, don't make unnecessary shade in areas you want to protect and put these stakes around the shade that is for you and in correct distances around your property. At a minimum, this item is doing a good job getting rid of their food. Diatomaceous earth works also for snakes. They make edible diatomaceous earth that I will be putting around my shaded patio along with some of these stakes and rodent repellents. I think I will also be fabricating some wood borders with the diatomaceous earth glued to it or something. I'm pretty sure it will blow away in the intense winds that we get. At a minimum, correctly used, I can tell you these help.

After leaving it in direct sunlight for a day to charge, this seems to be working fine. Not sure about the efficiency of the product. I assume it to be working good if I am not seeing any moles or snakes in the neighborhood...It produces a vibration at specific interval and has a led light to indicate the same. We took it for a camping trip and had it installed next to the tent. We didn’t have any issues during our two night stay at the camp site. Moreover it gave peace of mind to family members who are really paranoid about snakes ... :)The tool/stake we had in the capping kit (picture attached) was very helpful in installing the deterrent. As per the instructions, you have to make a hole first that is a snug fit for the stem and driving the pointed end to the ground is not recommended.Wish they included this tool also with the purchase to make the installation easy...

We live in a rattlesnake area, so I was looking for a deterrent I could place in the back yard to help protect our four pets. I ordered four, but this is their second summer and only three of the four are functioning. At $40/pair, I was hoping they would last longer — I turn them off and store them in the garage over the winter. The packaging insert is very informational, but no Customer Service info provided :-(

Worked great I should probably of given it 5 stars.we have a bad rattlesnake problem.And I bought them a year ago.And it truly worked ,at least in my case it did. I just got online to order again for my back shop but it's unavailable right now. Hopefully they will get them in stock soon

Haven't seen any snakes in my backyard seen installation of this product. Working so far.

I install in full sun but i works only for less than half hour and stopped.

This product doesn’t repel snakes. I have had just as many snakes with this product than without. I have two in my backyard and an still seeing snakes.Unfortunately this product doesn’t work as intended!

Worked one week and one just stopped working
