Very good
I have a definite intolerance to most plasters but these are soft and comfortable. The glue used on these plasters doesn’t instantly irritate my skin and are fine for a few days before the irritation starts - good in my book. Will buy again.

Game changer for skin tear
Amazing! Used for large skin tear after fall and have made dressing changes a breeze! Would recommend…

Shelf life quite short in comparison...
No issue with the item...but in comparison withe the shelf life on one that I recieved from my local hospital (Expiry 28-11-2026) the one I received from Amazon (seller) is over a year less (28-10-2025). This is an obvious oldest stock out first.Now for the item review. If I could give this product a 10star review, I would. This item is an amazing piece of (dare I say) technology. The way it works is pure ‘witchcraft’. It sticks to the wound but doesn’t….!! It forms anti-microbial layer between the wound and dressing, allowing all the ‘gunk’ to pass through the fibres without damaging the item. It can be left in place for anything from 7-14 days. Amazing stuff.

A must-have for wound dressings
Son had toenail removed, and all we were given for redressing was gauze. Well it stuck fast to the wound and even after soaking it for 45 mins it wouldn't come off without ripping skin. Very painful, l wish ld known about these sooner. What a difference these are as described.

These dressings are very good, I use them all the time, for covering broken skin areas, before applying a top dressing. they are good value for your money. and help you to heal too

A must for large cuts
Easy to cut to size, stops plasters and bandages sticking to wound but still heals underneath. This is what hospitals use.

Not What I Expected
These are huge gel burn dressings which were not as expected - although this doesn't mean I was misled in any way. Be sure to have something to secure the dresssings. They are also quite thick, so unsuitable for the large steam burn on the inside of my wrist. The lack of one star is because the description wasn't sufficiently clear to me as a lay person.
