It only took me 30 minutes to install on my early '60s yamaha. Had to widen the mounting hole to 10 mm, but a 3/8 drill bit was 9.5 mm and worked perfectly. I had to drill the anchor screw holes, but that was fast. Very smooth tuning action. Has held very well so far!nice upgrade form me!

Works slightly well with Yamaha apx 5aI needed to replace one tuner. It works but they are budget tuners in the future may upgrade but it does the job!

The third string tuner for my guitar failed, and I needed a replacement pronto. I found these on Amazon, ordered them on Saturday night and received them on Monday morning. I replaced the failed tuner with just one of these machine heads and tuned up my guitar good-as-new. For now, I'll leave the other five original tuners in place, as they are working fine. But I've got backup replacements when I need them! Don't overthink, just order these machine head tuners. They look just like the original on my expensive guitar.

Easy to install, works great on my guitar. Good quality, standar size and good tune accuracy.

The only thing that is better than the BexGears keys I received in the kit, was that the nuts all threaded into the body. There are knit lines (molding defects) in the knobs and the chrome plating is dull on all the components.
