Fun Guitar book
Some of the songs, arent transcribed perfectly, there are some mistakes. Overall, if you just want to play rock tunes for fun, its better to get an APP like Songsterr, which is 4.99 per month, but it is perfect on an IPAD, and you can learn any song on the fly.

Essential book for the beginner or intermediate level player looking to learn recognizable songs quickly.
Tons of great songs in here. Nice beginner format. Does not generally include solos, but this book will get you playing some of the most popular rocks songs for beginner guitar players. I am at an Intermediate skill level, just starting to learn modes and all 5 positions of the Major and Minor Pentatonic scales. I have been playing for just under 2 years. Most of these songs I can learn on my lunch break at work and play along with the original track on the same day. Most of my studies have been around technique and not learning songs, so this book has allowed me to get up to speed on well known songs, quickly. I wish I had found this book when I first started. You can get playing real songs, very quickly, as long as you can read tablature. I absolutely recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn a bunch of songs quickly or is not already "playing by ear".

Readability
They spared the ink when printing, it's extremely hard to see the notes without a bright light.

Not for Beginners
If you are just starting out, this is not for you. Tab knowledge is a must, but loads of great songs. Has tabs and lyrics, happy to have it in my library.

Need some lessons or at least understand tab.
Good book, songs are fairly easy if you know tab. Good to learn from chord diagrams on top of page
