My friend has Dementia, and free view TV. Absolutely perfect! No fuss or over thinking channels.

I cannot program this remote. The instructions are ambiguous and useless.It would be a good idea to have an English language expert do a proper translation.Sorry but this is 100% truthful.

I may have misread the information on this remote.I thought it was universal, the tv my mum has is Walker, and this remote didn’t work.It’s very disappointing as it was perfect for her …partial blindness and deteriorating.I won’t buy this product again.Cannot return as my mum disposed of the packaging etc

I got this to replace a failing remote for my surround system. I first checked it on my TV (Sony). It worked perfectly but did take a minute or so to find the correct code. I suspect some of the one star reviews are from people who do not leave the unit searching for long enough.For the sound system I knew I would need to use the learning mode. This worked but the two remotes needed to be almost touching to transfer the signal. Some buttons took two or three attempts to learn.

Was relatively easy to set up. I like that the battery compartment can be locked with the string. Also allows the unit be tied to something so it’s not lost.

Excellent, worked well from start. Unfortunately the old lady I bought it for can't manage even the VERY large and few buttons, Hopefully she will master it!
