I ordered the 90 count after watching a TikTok video. They are supposed to be good for you. I don't like the taste of the powder nor the taste of the coating of the pill. It get stuck in my chest. I pour them in waster and drank them that way. I will order again.

I’m annoyed by the fact that the label has “1000mg” and “90 capsules” in large type, but the fine print admits that the capsules are only 500mg (the 1000 mg is “per serving” of two capsules). What do I want? Either tell me in large type that I’m getting 90 500mg capsules, or that I’m getting 45 1000mg servings. Harumph.

In my understanding beta 1, 3D glucan is unique when it comes to an immune response. It helps our t-cells communicate better together causing what’s known as a “cascading immune response”. Sort of like a snowball gaining momentum and size as it rolls downhill.
