Outstanding gloves
I've never used gloves before but thought I would try them to reduce dropping (accidently throwing at band mates actually) my sticks. They fit snug but not tight and breathe very well. I play 3 or 4 hour shows about 50 times a year and I can say after a few months that I'll never play without them again.I use wood sticks with stick wrap and have only almost killed the guitarist once in several months with a dropped stick. I swear it was an "accident" and had nothing to do with that tempo comment a few years ago. They are holding up well and even if they wear out after a bit it's still money well spent. They also help keep fingerprints off the drums and cymbals during load in/out.I would highly recommend these but don't expect that they'll last several years. They need to be thin to maintain feel and response so yes, they will need replacing eventually. If you want to play using waist gunner gloves from a B-17 crew, go nuts but I'll pass on playing guitar in your band for now...

helps your playing
felt a little silly getting them first time because i'm not a big banger metal drummer, but i wanted it to help me not drop sticks - got tired of buying rubber dipped sticks & they tear up fast. It worked. Also helped with endurance - no more blisters AND no more cymbal edge between thumbnail & thumb when choking a cymbal crash. This is my 3rd set in about 5+ years, so for me, they lasted ~ 2 years before wearing a hole in them. before i ordered this time someone said they smelled (like stank) when new. i thought it might be an oddball comment since i never had that experience before. HOWEVER, this time i DID notice it. it dissipated in a couple weeks or so, but whatever new dye they use does smell at first. i thought maybe an amp was burning or something, then i realized it was the gloves. to me, it was a minor, fleeting irritation. i like the gloves and will order another pair in a couple of years :-) Happy thumping!

Great drumming Gloves
I like the great quality and feel of these gloves, they improve the grip of the drumsticks and so far, have been easy to get used to without sacrificing the feel of the drumsticks. Also protecting my dry hands from getting torn up from grip stick wraps.

These are the second skin that gets shredded before you do. They take the beating for you!
I love these gloves better than the ahead ones for one reason. They were built to protect your hands not last. I give these about a year of constant use before I hafto replace them. They are thin and I can feel everything I would be able to as if I didn't have gloves. Its so natural but I can play long fast tunes without fear of blisters cuts and hand slips. And these glove fit like a glove so there is absolutely no chance of too long thumbs or excess material messing up even the slowest groves.again They are thin so don't expect to be able to use these as work gloves or cold weather gloves and still play drums and expect to have these last for more than a few months. they do their job so well and take the beating for you.

You have to get used to them
I bought these to use with Cooper Groove dipped sticks, as the dip will rip your hands apart if you're playing aggressively without gloves (I learned the hard way!). So, I tried these gloves, as Zildjian is a local company and they were comparably priced to other gloves. The first thing I noticed is that the reinforcement pads are located for drummers who play the thumb on top grip, not drummers who play the marching 'match grip' that I play. So, the stick is not in a position to fully utilize the patches. This has led to some early wear of the index finger and even the durability patch is showing wear after playing them less than ten times. I'm definitely a heavy hitter, so it could be that and a comparison with some other gloves may help me decide fully on these. I'll know more with time, but I expected more. That said, the leather is soft and very comfortable. The material really works with the dip when your hands get warm and the sticks stay where they belong. A small redesign on the reinforcement patches might make these perfect gloves if degradation is similar to competitors. Fit was exactly what I expected also. No sizing issues at all. Good gloves worth a try, but they may not be the perfect solution for your playing style. If you can try them in a shop, I'd do that first!

Excellent gloves!
I got my new Roland TD30KV set and I considered these gloves mostly to test and feel if gloves are of any use. The verdict: Yes, they are!I never played with gloves in the past 40 years so it took a bit of "getting used" but now I use them all the time. Excellent quality, light, breathable, beautiful. I thought that Large will be a bit "larger" but now I'm glad they were not. They fit snug initially but now they are are perfect. I hit the drums a bit harder at times and they hold on very well, I don't see any sign of tear. Very pleased. Also, if you have troubles with sweaty hands sometimes in hot climate then you really need to give them a try. You will not regret it.

Used to use these from my drumming days , but now I use them for something different ....
I use these now for sewing leather products . I used to ply in many metal and hard rock bands, but now I use these for sewing . The extra leather patches on the gloves are perfect for sewing . It's a bit funny that i now use them for a kind of " glove thimble " to protect my hands during my work with leather products .These are more than twice as expensive as when i first started to buy them over 15 years ago, but obviously they are still worth buying for my uses .

Drum Glove Faux Pas
I really wanted this glove to be great. Unfortunately, the extra padding on the forefinger and thumb portion of the glove almost negates the whole user experience. First of all, it's placed on the wrong section of the fingers. I find this odd since this is a Cymbal and Stick maker that designed this glove. I have gone through 3 pairs of these in less than 3 months. I keep using them after a hole developed at the contact point where one grips the stick. I am a hard player but the force of my stick doesn't come from my grip. it comes from the momentum of the stick. I use both the Gladstone and Moeller playing styles and my grip would be defined as Germanan. A cross between German and American grips. These gloves are definitely comfortable but useless because the finger area tears easily around 25-30 hour long practice sessions. I definitely do NOT recommend them at all

Excellent drumming glove
I always take a large glove. My fingers are slightly longer then average. I ordered the large. Put it on and fits snug. At first I thought it was too small, but I tried playing and it's perfect. I forget Im even wearing them. As my fingers are a bit long the end of glove is a bit high on wrist, but doesn't matter. Super happy with these.I play an hour a day moderate hard hitter. I predict gloves will last 9 months before I need to replace.

DIPENDE
Dipende da chi li usa. Il prodotto è ottimo ma per le mie necessità non è adatto. Li ho cambiati con quelli tagliati alle dita.
