Amazing! Two days to remove a 2 year old wart!!
My 15 year old poodle has had a gross wart on her nose for 2 years. I have bought various products, including scholl freezing wart remover and wartner, nothing has touched it. It was getting bigger and unsightly. We didn’t want to touch it for fear of catching it. I had almost resigned myself for a £350 vet bill , when I read the review about this pen. This was my last attempt at doing it at home.. As you can see from the pictures it is amazing . Day one applied as instructions twice, am and pm, the next morning it had shrunk and the third day You can hardly find it. Day 4 nearly totally gone. I used it and put a cone on her so that she couldn't rub it off or rub it into her eye. Day 4 I think it has gone and I am now doing a couple of others on her body, leg and neck. Easy to use and very accurate application due to the design of the pen. Left the cone on her for 30 minutes after each application so that the product can dry. What a fantastic product. I highly recommend.

Death to warts!
I swear by Dr Scholl products! I’ve used the athlete’s foot spray and the cream, which worked effectively and quickly and now this for wart removal. In just two days the pain has gone, the swelling has all but disappeared but I’m not jumping the gun, I’ll use it for several months, as recommended. The freeze away treatment is supposed to be faster but I’d prefer to take longer and see that the wart has definitely gone away. It’s so easy to use and the instructions are clear. The fluid creates a shield over the wart (after being allowed to dry for 20 minutes) which allows you to keep on with daily tasks. Alert! Warts are highly infectious and any equipment you use must not be shared. After finishing the treatment, the pen must be disposed of. This product has over one thousand fabulous views for a reason and here is another. It’s good value for money because it really works.

It works… but the chemical is strong so be careful
Review written over time, from first-last use: -My wart is rather small, but I have had it for about 10 years now (I was 7/8 ish when it showed up, and I was too scared to get it treated at the doctors, and haven’t really had the bother to get it done since. Thought I’d try this considering I can do it in my free time, and don’t have to take a big chunk out of my day for it) -It’s like an itchy, slightly stinging pain. -I had rather shake-y hands, and could still get it precise with the tip. -It hurts for a while after you put it on as well, and then hurts when you put a certain amount of pressure on it as well, but thats quite dull, I’d say. -I would recommend getting plasters to put on it after each treatment+dry time (it’s recommended in the instructions, but it obviously also protects it from anything like dust or fluff causing an issue whilst it’s still in the more painful state). -hurt much less on my second day (third treatment), only really started to hurt when I accidentally smudged it slightly onto healthy skin (hence the recommendation for vaseline, I forgot to this time) -after using it for a week (I’m bad at listening to instructions, pretty sure it’s meant to be 4 days at a time), I had this gut feeling that I should leave it for a bit, and since the skin around it was damaged from me scrubbing at it one day, and the product, since it can cause damage to healthy skin, I saw that, that was the best idea -I kept plasters on it, and used TCP to make sure the area around it wouldn’t get infected (and my mother kept asking if it was alright because it was blue because of the product, and it dying, but she refused to accept this, and it made me start to worry, even though I knew it was fine) as well as lotion to soften the skin up, I have eczema, so that+using this, and TCP, all dried up my skin. I also used an oily soap on the first 2 or so days. -I started the break on Sunday, then on Thursday morning (literally like- 00:17, it probably could’ve been sooner but I was scared), I was able to peel an area away. I don’t know what this is as of now, but will note that down when I find out if it was the wart(s) -It was feeling particularly itchy, possibly because I was wearing a plaster all day… and it was waterproof, and I’m slightly allergic to waterproof plasters so my skin gets itchy when I wear them but I wanted to use clear plasters so screw it. -Continued to feel itchy after what I hope is indeed the wart, came off -Waking up Thursday morning, I looked at my hand (where the wart is/was) and it was no longer blue, but looked more like a wound, so I will be applying TCP and lotion -Almost 2 weeks after stopping the treatment, it’s still healing but it seems to all be closed up, it’s just not yet fully healed :) -many months later, it has left a red scar. That is largely my own fault for using it for a week, rather than the 4 days it says to, so be careful with that. I, personally, so prefer the scar over the warts, but some people may differ. Oh-it did, indeed get rid of the wart so… yeah! Have a wonderful day <3

6 verruca's removed on 8 year old
Cleared up 6 verruca's on a 8 year old. I followed the plan, of x days on x days off (don't remember the number) and at the end of the third or fourth treatment we peeled off the dead/dethatched skin. This left some holes in place of the verruca, but they have quickly healed and a few months on it's as if thewy ere never there. We tried the stick on pads before without much success but this managed to remove them all - pain free and no complaints

Somewhat effective
Used on a cluster of verrucas. Followed the instructions but has not removed all. It is easy to use and the coloured gel helps with the application. Have done a few courses of treatment but some still persist.

Works !
It worked. Use it once a day on my 7 year’s finger and yes it burnt but he was pretty good and endured so clearly not too bad. It works by hardening the wart, u need to be careful not to put it anywhere else but the wart , the applicator is pretty easy to use and accurate to be fair, and after a week the wart fell on its own - see picture of after it fell.

It actually works!
This product appears to have removed my 8 year old extremely stubborn verucca! I've had a verucca as a adult for at least 8 years, if not more. I didn't do anything about it for years as I thought was a corn or just dry skin until I noticed it had spread! I ended up with 3 veruccas with no signs of disappearing so decided i really needed to tackle them! For the last 12 weeks I applied bazuka daily plus used 7 x at home verruca freeze treatments (scholl and wartner) as well as the bazuka gel for a double attack. In addition I used a surgical scalpel after each time I removed the gel to try and keep removing as much as I could so the gel got right into the verucca. I was just desperate to remove them so I was quite brutal and was watching podiatry videos on youtube! Despite the bazuka, the at home freeze method and the scalpel my veruccas were still going strong after 12 weeks of daily treatment (I only missed a couple of days). I switched to this scholl pen after reading good reviews. After my first 4 day application and 4 day break the skin didn't really seem to lift much by itself so I ended up using my scalpel and trying to work it out as much as I could. The veruccas were quite clearly not fully removed but seemed to have reduced in size. I applied the gel over a second 4 day (twice a day) period. This time the gel hurt like never before. This gel was honestly so painful, nothing like bazuka or the freeze treatments so I'd think twice about applying on a small child. However I was so determined to get rid of the verucca so I persevered (after a few nights struggling to sleep - honestly!). Long and behold in my break period the skin finally seemed to be lifting on its own. I didn't want to rush the treatment as I felt something was working and didn't want to just cut the top off so I left it longer than the recommended 4 day break. I kept soaking my feet and trying to prise the lifted skin away with a nail cuticle tool. After about 10 days they all came out as quite big pieces with just a little help from myself. 2 are definitely remaining so I'm on my 3rd treatment but the original large verucca has gone! It's quite obviously gone because it left a little hole in my foot and you can see all fresh skin with all my skin striations again. This is the first time I've seen this part of my foot in years. I'm so relieved and the pain was worth it! I put a bit of bazuka over the fresh skin just for good measure to try and kill any remaining virus just in case (I wouldn't put the schol over as it's clearly powerful stuff and wouldn't be good for fresh skin). Now to remove the next 2 veruccas. Fingers crossed they'll come out like the other one did on my 3rd treatment with the scholl verucca pen.

Judged it too quickly
I started using this around 3 weeks ago now to treat a very stubborn wart on my thumb. I've had it for probably over 10 years and NOTHING has worked! I've tried salicylic acid under numerous brand names (bazuka, extra strength, sub zero) and even tried having it frozen off (would not recommend, it's so painful). It's never really bothered me but it is unsightly. I think it was worse because over time it has callused over and the actual wart is very deep in my thumb pad. Unfortunately, because of this I didn't think it was working and had an extremely slow start. The pen also didn't always dispense enough acid and I found myself having to reapply. Now 3 weeks later after 3 full treatment courses and rests I am seeing some progress! It has already started to darken and peel after the second week, and by this point tonight I had filed down the rough skin that had formed and the centre of the wart has mostly peeled away! I'm going to continue to use it until it has fully gone, which in my case might be another month or two yet. I would recommend you give it a try. And be patient with it! It does take a while to dry so set aside 15 minutes to get the best effect. Side note: I won't lie and say it is painless. After I apply it, the first few minutes I can feel quite an intense stinging and burning sensation, then gradually it would ease off as it dries. Although I am treating a sensitive area on my hands. It is a very strong corrosive acid so be weary not to get it onto healthy skin wherever possible! Update no2: for the first time in over 10 years I no longer have a visible wart on my thumb! I've left it for a couple weeks and it doesn't seem to have come back. I am a little cautious about continuing to treat the skin above it as it is healthy but it's pretty much gone 😁 highly recommend if you have stubborn warts that you have tried everything on!
