This book showed simple, step by step code with descriptions of implementing recommender sysyems. I would recommend this book to people who have overviewed machine learning, and have a general idea of how it works.

Just browse some Kaggle examples and wikipedia to get the same info

I found the book quite easy to understand. I practiced on all the examples just because I enjoyed reading the explanations of the problems. For the example on pages 83, you will need to add this code, np.nan_to_num(X), along the way to fix a value error. This was the only example that produced an error, all others were straightforward. Good read!!

Good book with nice examples

Loving the style of the book. From someone new to the field I found that it explained certain concepts to clearly and really made me understand the fundamentals of the topic before progressing to more detailed reading. Great job!

Aufgrund der Sprachbarrieren nur bedingt zu empfehlen, etwas Komplex für den Anfänger ohne große Vorkenntnisse. Ansonsten viel und guter Inhalt.
