Great Vitamin

Been using it for over three years it works
I have been using this product for almost 3 years now it does lower the blood sugar and it helps with overall energy when I take it in the morning. I do not always use the entire capsule, I put it into my instant coffee In the morning it puts a pep in my step and a wonderful flavor in my morning cup of coffee.

It takes time
I do a lot of research before I buy a supplement, and I found that taking cinnamon will take 30 to 40 days to really work, or make any changes of my blood sugar. Taking with metformin it has greatly reduced my blood sugar where metformin Alone was not doing it. I recommend ceylon cinnamon but you do your own research because everything is different for everybody else. But this product works for me

Great product
I am taking this product to compliment and act with the Berberine that I am taking. After reading, it is found this this product and Berberine should be taken together, at meals, to be more effective. I will know at my next doctor's appointment if my levels are returning to normal. It smells and tastes like cinnamon.

Not impressed by the results.
No noticable effects. Blood sugar remains out of wack. Had to stop taking it.
