I can really feel a big difference with this collagen. I had knee surgery last year & it’s really a great product for my joints. Also love the vitamin C & growth support for nails, hair, and skin. I have been taking this supplement since February 2024 & very satisfied with results! Definitely can tell a big difference. I have recommended this product to friends & family! I’ve been taking this for years when my joints started hurting even the knuckles in my hand. This helped eliminated the pain for many years and still does. I’m so thankful for this product.

I have been using this for several years and I am 72 with few wrinkles and very little gray hair. It has helped to repair the cartilage in my joints and the texture of my skin and hair is very good. My skin feels silky like a babies. My hair is longer and healthier than it has ever been. You should take it on a empty stomach everyday and you will feel and see the results quickly. Not giving medical advice, just my opinion from using it.

My fingernails have always peeled and not been very strong. Since I started taking this Collagen my nails don’t peel any more and they are strong enough that they don’t curl over. I’m waiting to see if it helps with my hair
