One of my females arrived dead, seller was quick to my messages & no questions asked and sent a replacement out. New female arrived in a very quick time and she came in perfect condition. The pair are thriving and doing well. I will definitely be buying more from this seller.

Customer service was superb! I got Chonk, Dumpling, and later Cheeto Benito as classroom pets and the students love them. I only handle them myself, but they’re allowed to touch them and though my boys rarely hiss due to frequent handling the kids get a kick out of it when they do! They came promptly and the seller was patient with my questions. When concerned about an issue with Chonk (bum leg, but he gets around) they offered to send me another. They also accommodated my request for males only since I thought baby roaches in a classroom might cause some serious concern with my principal ;). Super happy with the experience, as are my students! Highly recommend!

There was a mistake with my order and I messaged the seller about the possible mix up. They responded in a timely matter and were extremely friendly and helpful. They remedied the situation and kept in contact the entire time.The hissers that arrived were incredibly lively, of great size and very nice color. They are all healthy and I hope to keep them around for their full lifespan.I definitely recommend these roaches and seller to anyone interested ^^(Pictured is the male, Spooky. My favorite)

The bugs arrived loose in their packaging box, but were in great condition and had food. I'm happy with them!

The insects I ordered arrived about a week or two early and we're left in the snow. However, the company got back to me promptly and offered replacements/refunds when I informed them of what happened, so I am assuming it was a mistake on Amazon's end.I am giving it 5 stars because despite the shipping mix up, I received exactly what I order-two beautiful hissing roaches, and they were healthy once they had some time to acclimate to the house temperature. I also appreciated such speed with responding to my inquiry.

My roaches came in a tiny box with a single carrot and a few napkins. No water gel, no critter keeper to keep them safe or anything. I'm extremely surprised that they didn't lose a limb or antennae with the shotty conditions.However- months later, they are both still alive and doing extremely well. They eat perfectly fine, are extremely active, and most importantly, have all of their legs and both of their antennae.

I first would like to say that I am very glad to have these beautiful cockroaches. However, I gave only three stars because of the packaging. They were not in a container and one side was not well taped. I am surprised that they did not get out. They do seem to be doing well though. They are beautiful!! I do plan to order again from this company. I would just recommend putting them in a safe container. I know that our mail system is not that good with live animal being delivered in the mail.
