You should use coarse ground in a french press.

Q: I'm wondering what decaf method is used for this coffee. I'm looking for a swiss water process for decaffeinated to avoid chemicals.

I looked for a long time. Gevalia has ling been my coffee choice. However a GI spe ialist told me no more coffee, as I had known it for years. I found Peet's Decaf. They use a Swiss Water decaf process. Research shows their having no chemicals used in the decaf process.so, whatever decaf you look for, be certain to look for a Swiss Water decaf processing. Peets is robust and rich in flavor. Causes no damage to my stomach. I love it. Hubby still is drinking Gevalia.

Q: Is this coffee naturally decaffeniated?

This special process uses natural carbon dioxide, the same substance that creates the bubbles in soda water or carbonated beverages. I would not know what "natural" means in this case, but I relay on the fact that Gevalia is decaffeinated without chemicals.

Q: Is the house blend decaf gevalia coffee the only flavor of decaf coffee and can I order individual or two or three pack instead of six pack?

I buy Gevalia coffee all the time. The house blend is the only decaf version I have ever found and yes you can buy individual bags. I buy it by the 6 pack because we use a lot of it!! It’s the best decaf I’ve ever found!
