I have tried many different formulations of iron and this is the only one I can tolerate with or without food. I had iron deficiency anemia, but this iron has helped me reverse the anemia and start building my iron stores slowly but surely. I was able to avoid having (intravenous) iron infusions by taking this product consistently for 6 months. I was able to tolerate higher than the typical dosage with this formulation during that time. I continue to take lower doses to maintain my iron levels and continue building iron stores. Never take more iron than your health care provider or pharmacist recommends, but know, this formulation is extremely well tolerated by many. Product and price are the best. No upset stomach and is absorbed well with Orange Juice. Only complaint is the packaging for 4 bottles. It’s all plastic and all 4 bottles can be put into one bottle. Why not put the 4 months supply into one bottle?

Very gentle on the stomach

This is a great product! I was borderline anemic and numbers were low. I hate taking iron since it normally can tear one's stomach apart. Not so with this pill. It is gentle and my stomach has been fine. I even take two a day. As of my last appointment, My iron is back in normal range. I am grateful. I have recommended this product to my sister and she has just started taking it as well. I can not wait to see what it will do to help her anemia.. I would definitely recommend this iron pill.
