I can feel the improvement in strength and muscle growth. If you are bothered by taste, its not good , but also not the worst , it depends on you. There is no smell. I have seen good results. Got chemical poisoning with just one scoop. Stomach hurts, body lost energy and complete stomach lining hurts.I drink 6 litres of water every day so that's not an excuse you can throw at me.I wish I had a lawyer to sue you guys.

One misleading thing about the product is that it mentions on label that the scoop size if 2.5ml but it is actually 5ml( as mentioned on scoop)
