Kotaro Kendama Blue Ball Deluxe Pro Toy Catch Game

My 6yr old asked for a kendama and I found that this item is very well made. The color on the ball is bright, vibrant and durable. The length of the string is easy to adjust. When I first opened the package and played around with it, the strings' full length makes catching the ball very difficult. The string is attached through a hole through the center of the handle, tied by a knot. I was easily able to adjust the length for my child by pulling a little slack through the hole and wrapping the excess string around the kendama and knotting the strings together. It is nice to know that as their skill level increases, then the string can be loosened up.

My son loved this and so did all of his friends. Eventually they master it and are able to get it up on the point. Its a great gift! Highly recommended!

This product arrived very quickly after it was ordered. It is a Christmas gift, so I can't speak to how well it works. It does appear to be well-made.

My 15-year-old son ordered this for himself and absolutely loves it. Plays with it almost every day and has gotten very good at it. Seems like a durable well-made product. Would buy this again as a gift for someone else.

These Kendamas are big in my CA town and going to introduce it now to friends of ours on the east coast. I even made the birthday boy we're gifting it to, a video on how to play. Can't wait to get him & friends into playing Ken, as they say here.

I wanted one of these so bad and decided to get this one. Well, I haven’t been too happy to say the least. Every time we play with it we either get slammed in the finger by the HUGE and HEAVY ball. I have had others before and they do not do this. While I like the “game” itself I would not purchase this specific one again.

The color came off after few weeks of use. Overall, its okay

My son Loves this toy. I like the fact that he has played with it more that his iPad for the past few weeks. (we'll see how long that lasts) It's good quality and I feel I got a really good deal.
