Healthy and beautiful - even after a week on the diningroom table
Product (trees) were so perfectly started and packed for shipment that they arrived while I was out of town. My husband stacked the mail on the table for my return in ten days. He did not realize they were trees!! (It might be wise to mark boxes "Live Plants" or something) I was amazed when we unboxed them and they were as fresh and healthy as if they'd just arrived. Thanks for a great buy.

The twig that would not grow... ever... for any reason...
I bought this "twig" 3 years ago. I planted it with it's 5 leaves anyway. I've planted 47 trees in that time. The twig is still a twig and now has 7 leaves... I do a lot of tree planting obviously but I do not know what it wrong with this thing... I need to just dig it up and be done with it. It is not going to grow and I'm not sure how they even created a tree that won't grow. I live in the Pacific Northwest and I have a total of 7 these exact maples bought from local nursery's and they are doing great. I have 5 I planted last year from a nursery and they're almost 7 foot so... I just think people should know it's not you. It's whatever this twig tree is...

The Maple is producing leaves and stems!
My Red Japanese Maple arrived quickly, nearly four feet in height gently curled up in its roomy box, with many leaves, tiny leaf buds and water-protected new roots. I planted it in the shade in a large 6 gal pot with very good potting mix and used Miracle-Grow Quick Start as directed by MG for quick root growth. In about four weeks the leaf buds started producing tiny red leaves. It's alive and growing! I recommend this seller.

Disappointed but will give it a chance
Little tree came bare, all leaves were in the pot under the plastic wrap. Tiny trunk and branches seem “healthy” enough, not dry or brittle, and is about a foot and a half tall. Will see what happens. Hopefully, the seller will honor the 30-day refund policy if it doesn’t make it.

It didn’t have a chance
This tree came less than a foot tall and very sickly looking. I tried to plant it and roll with it knowing every Maple I have ever had was very easy to care for. This one never grew and shriveled dead in less than 2 weeks. Im not sure if their 2-4 foot measurement matches our 2-4 foot but I wouldn’t order from these folks again.

Cute little tree
The media could not be loaded. I’ve had several Japanese Maple trees at my previous home. I’m living with my parents, as a caregiver, and know I won’t live here forever, so I’m trying this little tree in a pot!I will not be moving it inside unless someone advises me to . Hopefully it will live and grow well in the huge plater I bought for it.

Very upset.
When I got it, the leaves on the single stalk were already crispy critters. Still I potted it, gave right amount of sun and shade but about 2 days later the single branch was also crispy. Part of the reason could be shipping manner. Box too small... Soil too dry. Just extremely disappointed.
