Excellent for goodie bags!
My son's 7th bday is on the last day of school, and we are bringing small goodie bags for all his classmates. I want to include a little card with a note from my son in each bag. As I was searching for suitable mini-cards on Amazon I came across these Lunchbox Jokes cards. These are exactly what I was looking for - except I didn't even know they existed!!!Perfect size (3x3), excellent quality (sturdy cardboard, one side glossy with bright colors, a friendly monster and a joke question; the other side (non-glossy) with the answer and space for a handwritten message.I know the kids will LOVE these, as the cards are pretty and whimsical -- and the jokes are perfect for little kids (i.e., What is the snake's favorite subject in school? Hissssssssstory). Each card has a different joke and monster, so I can foresee them being busy during recess and beyond exchanging jokes.I am beyond happy with this purchase!

Wonderful tool to teach kids jokes
I bought these cards for my kids while their father is away with the military. Everyday I write a note on one and put it in the mail. My twins are four and just learning to understand puns, but they absolutely love these cards! Every night they take them into bed and practice the joke over and over. I'm so thankful to have found these it makes my job so much easier while their father is away. The only downside is that the writing surface is slick and being left handed it takes forever to wait for the paper to dry so I don't smudge it while I write. Other than that they are perfect!

Grandma cards
I have 20 grandkids, I have started writing them letters with a SAS envelope included for them to write me back. I include one of these lunch box notes in the envelope each time I write. They absolutely love the jokes. They fit for all ages. Some tell me they are collecting them. So I’ve become their pen pals. I’m now the cool grandma who sends them mail.

perfect and cute puns
This item is exactly as marketed... very cute with funny puns. I will say probably better geared to 2nd/ 3rd grade; I bought for my first grader and a little difficult to get (either words a little advanced for 1st grade reading level or puns a little over her head). But we love them... I would definitely recommend. This is the second cards purchased from this vendor (the first was regular motivational lunch box notes)... enjoy both and so did my daughter!

Fun Kids Joke Cards but Some Typos/Grammar Errors
I really like these cards and have enjoyed writing a little note with each joke card to put in both my kid’s lunches everyday. These are fine for my kids, but I wouldn’t gift them since there are typos. I also corrected the grammar errors since I didn’t want my kids to think it was correct.

Lots of fun
I bought these to entice my child to read abc to also make him laugh at lunch. We read the question before school and he sounds out the answer at lunch and we laugh about it on the way home from school. I wish the cards were laminated- they do come home with lunch food stains and then yo a bit after just one use. But there are many and I still think it’s worth it to think of my son laughing with his friends at lunch.

These notes are great for kids!
My kindergarten son likes to receive a little note in his lunch. After several months of me writing the same thing, I was so happy to find these cute notes that have funny little jokes and cute monsters on them. There is space on the back of the card for me to write "Love, Mommy" and my son enjoyed reading the jokes to his friends, even if he had to get a bit of help for some of the words. I recommend these notes!

Cute cards, but some were misspelled!
Cute cards, great size, each has a different joke. A few of the cards had obvious grammar or spelling problems, can't/won't use those. (What vegetables do librarians like? QUITE PEAS) (What did one banana said to the other banana?)
