if you want to learn buy it
Everything you need is in this book to get you started making bugs and then sky is the limit on the creations you can come up with. Touches all the basics with good detail kinda pricey but it’s well written book

Good book, good seller
While learning to build bugs for flying fishing, I purchased this book as way to improve and learn. It worked. Recommended.

Excellent book
Most likely my fault, but I was hoping for a section on deer hair bugs as well. However, this is a very good, instructional reference.

Great book with step-by-step instructions that work.
I've got a couple of books on surface flies, this one ranks right up there with the best.Good step-by-step instructions...but also detail on why it's good to do things the way they are presented.I bought both the paper copy to read in my chair, and the Kindle version to have on screen as I tie.
