Caught fire
Used it one time and when I went to move it the plug into it was hot. It had been plugged in to the USB port in my laptop. The next time I went to use it the port in the side began smoking and when I unplugged it part of the plug stayed in the body of the diffuser.

Easy on the oil.
I had to send my first one back. I just couldn't get it to work, I kept an eye on the waterline not to go over. My cord overheated and melted a little, it was leaking, it was a mess. So when I was waiting for the second one, I thought about what I did and didn't do. I realized the problem, it was ME. I was so worried about the water, I didn't pay attention to the amount of OIL I was putting in. I really like to smell the oil so I didn't think to much about it. You really need to put 2 or 3 drops at the most. I don't know whats in the oils but eat the material. I just love my new one. Just watch the water level like they tell you to AND don't go crazy with the oil.Update 7/17/19Still love it. I mainly use it in my car and I sometimes take into work with me. There lies the problem, I missed placed my usb cord and for the life of me I can't seem to find one the fits. I must have a dozen cords and none of them fit. Please can you give me the exact name so I can order just a cord. Thank You Great Product.

Amazing car diffuser!
I use this product in my car. I love it! I always have water with me so it makes it easy to put water in it. The only problem I have is the cord is doesn’t allow the container to sit all the way in the cup holder in the front so I put it in the back. It still works great. I use lavender in the car on the way home from work to help me calm down from life stresses.

Must try everyone
I love the color and design idea, easy to use, works great and can easily fit for all type of cars. Everyone thought it was a real bottle at first glance, got compliments. Finally customer service is great and will get quick response if you ever face any issues.

See if it leaks, water was by usb
Had to return it. Kept leaking. Probably just happens sometimes. I loved the design

Don’t Waste Your Money and Time.
Filled it to proper line with water, added a few drops of essential oil, and it started to heat up, then went “pfft!” and would not work again. 30 Days past purchase window.

Not bad for the price.
It work really well. Material used could be better. But less than $20 buck what else could I ask for...

Disappointing
The unit didn't work consistently. When it was running the mist was weak.
