I had a hard time setting itbutmy husband didn’t. I love the way it looks on my nightstand and I also love how the numbers dim in the dark and lighten up during the light.

Great led clock. Easily to read, small enough that it doesn't take a lot of space. The size of an iPhone. Would buy again.

It was a really great clock! But it did not last very long at all. Pros: Easy to assemble, and it looks very great in my room! I also really love being able to adjust the brightness; the lowest setting is perfect for nighttime, and the highest setting is the perfect brightness during the day. Cons: It does not have very good mirror functionality at all, which was not very disappointing to me, but if you were looking forward to that it's something you should know. It also is very lightweight, which is perfect if you want to hang it somewhere, but if you are just setting on something it could very easily be knocked over. Another thing to note is that the alarm function is very difficult to figure out. It worked great, and I loved it for the first 9 months.... but then the light adjustment function just stopped working all together. I was pretty disappointed but continued to use the clock. About a month later the entire clock stopped working altogether and I was unable to use it at all. So, it only ended up lasting about 10 months which is not good for a $20 clock.

If you actually need to wake up on time, don’t do it. Oh where to begin… Ok so, you can only set 1 alarm. There’s also only 1 volume and it cannot be adjusted. So, when the alarm goes off, it sounds off for 2 minutes. Might sound like enough to some, but depending on how you sleep, it may not be and don’t you want an alarm that actually does what it’s supposed to do no matter the conditions? If you don’t wake up within that 2 minute period, YOU'RE SCREWED. It will not come back on. And since you cannot adjust the volume or set a second/back up alarm, you’re late. Late to work or wherever you have to be. You also have to be an IT expert and learn how to code before using this. That’s right, it’s coded. Therefore, do not think you’ll read the instructions ONE TIME to set the time or the alarm and think you’ll remember how to do either the next time. You could be in the Guinness Book for #1 Genius in the world and it’s just not happening. I would consider myself above average on the tech savvy meter. Well above average. But this isn’t about me is it? The point is, no one wants their alarm clock to be this difficult. NO ONE wants to think this hard to set an alarm after a long stressful day. Setting our alarms should be one of the easiest things we do in a day. And you will have to do it every day bc there’s no recurring alarm feature either. Oh and it’s very obvious that the person who wrote the user “manual” (it’s more of a little pamphlet but whatever) it’s very obvious that English is NOT their first language. Listen, I personally am all about diversity and inclusion and accepting ALL people no matter who they are. HOWEVER, just bc I would consider my second language to be Spanish (bc it’s the only other language I know lol) doesn’t mean I would ever think I’m qualified to write a pamphlet/manual/whatever in Spanish. No! I’m not the right person for that job. See where I’m going with this? The moral of this long A$$ story is that if you want an alarm clock that’s user friendly and will actually do what an alarm clock is supposed to do, trust me, this ain’t it! Actually, the one I’ve already gotten to replace this is everything I need and more. Your time and money are valuable. It’s not worth the risk of you being late to work/court/kids/clients/ETC. Keeping looking friends.

I didn’t expect to love an alarm clock this much, but the SZELAM has completely won me over. Highly recommend this clock as a cute and stylish decorative piece to any room. Although the reviews shed a poor light on this clock, I believe most the poor reviews were due to the user instead of the actual clock. I'm not a 'tech savvy" person but the set-up of this clock is super easy and if you read the instructions quiet clear on how to set it up properly. I'm not using it as an alarm clock, but it is very light weight and the stand isn't very sturdy so if you need to press a button regularly to turn it on and off this may be an issue. Other then that this is a trendy looking clock, that is easy to read, bright enough to see in any light and love the mirror background as a cool design touch! Love it!!!

Item came with the packaging super dented and the base of the clock was bent. Other than that, it works as advertised.
